They were like yeah it's common issue it keeps happening but it's not our fault. Well it's not our fault either. I think it's simply unacceptable to not give refunds when they know they are renting faulty items. I hope I get a return on the shoes because they also charge 30$ more if they are brown. I wouldn't wish the treatment we received on anyone! It was a day she was anticipating for a long time, and it should have been unforgettable. The lady raised her voice at my niece, yanked the dress off, and rushed her to take it off. At one point the lady even rolled her eyes at us. Her aggressive nature was uncalled for! This place has a reputation of bad customer service, ordering the wrong dress, and not having the dress on time for the event.
