I was extremely disappointed with my experience. When I picked up my dog, he seemed completely…read moretraumatized and shaken up. He still smelled exactly the same as when I dropped him off and did not smell clean at all. The worst part was that he came home with multiple cuts on his body, which was very upsetting to see. Since getting home, he has been hiding and acting fearful, which is not like him at all. I trusted my dog would be cared for properly, and unfortunately that was not my experience.
