Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Spoke with a gentleman over the phone yesterday and he was very helpful able to fit me into their schedule for this morning. I ended up coming late but that wasn't a problem for them. I arrived at 9:50 and was out by 10:25. Professionally done work. No hassle with using my lifetime warranty. Solid experience to say the least. They called me the next day and notified me that they found out it was double layered 20% and limo in top of that! No wonder we couldn't see anything out of the rear! So they said I could just pay half the original quote for the removal of the limo layer and keep the 20% layer that was already on there. They could have easily milked this for full quote and I never would've known they didn't even put on a fresh 20% layer on! Great looking shop as well! I started having issues with PPF peeling within 6 months on BOTH my vehicles. These products supposedly have a LIFETIME REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. When I approached them, I was told that it had been installed incorrectly and, as such, they would not warranty the work, as it was under new ownership. I was quoted $719 for the bumper on the Tesla and $229 PER mirror on the Range Rover to redo what their location had put on!!! I called Tint World on 3115 Fondren Rd, Houston, TX 77063, and the Owner, Joe, redid the terrible work done by the Spring location at no charge!!! He is truly a classy gentleman and recommend his location with no reservations whatsoever. I do not recommend any work at the Oakhurst, Spring location. I have posted photographs of their shoddy work done at Oakhurst location. It was worth driving from Woodlands to Fonden! I asked that the Owner/Manager from Spring location call me/email me........crickets......No phone calls... nothing. In their response to this post, they ask that I speak to with their manager, yet the owner/manager has my number but was too arrogant to call. BE WARNED. BE WARE. DRIVE TO THE FONDREN location!

They have their own parking lot and inside the lobby and office were spacious. I met with a man who gave me the quote for a ceramic tint and it was competitive including a lifetime warranty. I wanted two shades with the front doors the legal limit and then the back doors and rear window darker. For that they added $25 to the bid. The next day I set an appointment and was told it would take about 90 minutes for the install. Upon arrival, I was waited on quickly by a lady and she took my car on time. They put 2 installers on the job and finished in 45 minutes. During that time I waited in their large waiting room that had a TV and coffee. Afterwards I paid and left. It was a professional experience and I am happy with their work. I recommend Executive Tint.
