"Farm to Fork" is just a misleading name not an actual practice…read more I've been buying from Farm To Fork meals in Miami, and while the food is convenient, I'm starting to wonder: how much of this is actually coming from a farm vs. a standard wholesaler? The name "Farm to Fork" implies a direct link to local agriculture, but I haven't seen any specific local farms named on their menus or website lately. When I asked in the store whether the ingredients are organic, they said that they're not. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. I pushed harder and also tried to get the phone number of the actual farms or facilities that produce or provide the ingredients. They couldn't tell me that either. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms. In a city where "farm-to-table" has occasionally been used more as a marketing buzzword than a reality, I'd love some transparency. https://www.reddit.com/r/ReadyMeals/comments/1ryc6c6/farm_to_fork_just_a_misleading_name_not_an_actual/

Fifteen dollars per entree is steep except for maybe the Fit dishes that are protein rich. The sole employee was super informative about their three premade food sectors - Paleo, Fit and Vegetarian. Delivery is offered each week from $8 - $16 based on the amount of consumption. The Paleo foods are gluten and dairy free and the Fit foods are heavily protein based 50 grams of protein at 650 calories which is an excellent ratio. I eat multiple times per day, so unsure if this concept would work for my normal daily caloric intake of 4,500 calories. Although, my daughter is obsessed with these type of prepared foods for a tight life schedule.

After trying many meals services and being in a Cardio restrictive diet, the variety and flavors…read morethat ChefB provides exceeded our expectations and we are satisfied with portions. The decision between paying a bit more and having freshness , herb flavors , delicious house sauces and keeping a control of my sodium and saturated fat means a healthy happy heart!! My husband a picky , Latino man loves the Children Parmesan ,Dijon Salmon Crusted and their grilled smoky flavor chicken breast . We strongly recommend these meals ; as I learned more about my restricted diet , I am amazed at the many choices I have in their menu. They also tailor to Athletes and regular clients with no diet restrictions. Best of all is their customer service and the friendly attendant (mikayla) in the Lantana store which helps with all the nutritional facts for us to buy more in their store selection. Our health in our senior years deserves ChefB meals !!

Received recommendation from local friend to try this food service and friend provided samples of…read moreChicken Parm (awesome) and sliced chicken breast (very good). We also just tried the brisket and too smoky for my personal taste. Meat had a fat cap along top and would likely do best simmered in a BBQ sauce for awhile. (Yes I like wet foods) We decided several "meal prep" items were best as we wanted proteins more than sides and sweets. (There cookies do look good however). To date we have tried two meal preps and they are good. The Turkey Teriyaki Meatballs were very dense and a little dry. I would order next time as something where meatballs soak up sauce like Marinara. Tonight we had the shredded pork which was nice and the included sauce had some nice heat. It catches you afterwards. Fair amount for price paid. It isn't cheap but fair in value when you consider a restaurant entree prices . The meal prep sizes are ok for family of four, with no leftovers. We still make sides and veggies separately from home. We did have a Client Service issue on first order. They fairly brought a resolution and was not their mistake, our friend provided wrong referral code. We did have a special request that they could not assist with as missed cutoff. Still felt a little less than stellar for first relationship order, but overall they have been responsive and helpful. We have several more meals to try. Provided all is good we may order again shortly. Order by Wednesday night to get Sunday delivery and also note delivery charges are fair and appear to not be waived at any price point. Kudos for being able to leave tip in advance. Driver was nice, on time, and very cordial. The only suggestion would be to offer directions to warm food in addition to just microwave directions. We prefer traditional stove cooking for warm up and might not be doing the best for their creations.
