Tyler the manager and Leo the assistant manager were super sweet and welcoming. I came to this store because I won a sweepstakes and I felt so honored. I always wanted to try their meals and I am so happy that I will try it today. I found this place super clean and organized. I love how the different meals are organized by the category of meals you are looking to eat. They have a shopping cart there if you don't want to carry the meals. They offer healthy snacks and a breakfast items as well. If you wish to heat up your food there, you can because they have microwaves available for use. I can't wait to try more of the choices they have available. They have a garage parking and a they have a reserved parking spaces for 15 minute parking for ideal nutrition customers. The parking is also free. Thank you to Tyler and Leo for making sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. You guys are super sweet. read more

I don't know why lately they no longer offer meals that are truly delicious and enjoyable to eat without getting tired of them. Every time I go to the store in Boca Raton, they always have the same options. Most of the items are pasta and similar foods, and the only place where there seems to be more variety is online. So what about those of us who like to go to the store and see what we're buying? Do we really have to eat pasta for an entire week? They should offer more variety instead of having shelves full of the same items. read more

Excellent pre-packaged health food spot in East Boca. Small free parking area next to the business or pay2park spaces for $5.00 per hour along the roadway. We went here tonight to purchase a few cold nutritious meals for my kid. All the foods sounded tasty but ended up with two Roasted Pulled Pork and Asian Beef Bowl, both with 460 calories and 30 grams of protein which is great for only $8.25 each. It is not a heavy meal but nutritionally well balanced. They offer three microwave ovens to heat up the food and sit at a table to eat or a grab n' go concept. It was very busy tonight in the small store. There are several dessert options including protein cookies and full meal replacement flavored bars. read more

Ideal Nutrition - Health Markets Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Ideal Nutrition has checked all boxes for prepped meals. Convenience as they deliver, service as you can pick at locations in each county in South FL. I recommend the Meatballs Marinara, Quesadillas, Coconut Curry Chicken, Enchiladas and their Firecracker Meatballs are great as well. If you're feeling a little snazzy and don't want to behave, look out for chicken tenders and Mac and cheese. Higher on calorie side but worth it! Overall, Ideal Nutrition is the epic I needed in my life. Makes calorie deficit easy! read more

This nutrition store is attached to a condo building where parking is limited especially right after 5pm. The pre-packaged foods are a good idea for people n the run and don't want to cook but want a healthy option. We bought a few of the cold foods at around 430 calories with a lot of protein. Great choice for the price under $9. read more

I tried the meatballs with stuffed shells and was BLOWN away with the flavor and taste. It was perfectly satisfying; with a good amount of meatballs (4) and a good amount of stuffed pasta shells. This meal makes eating healthy so worth it; it tastes like you are eating comfort food while still hitting your macros and goals. I am excited to try more meals!!! The price was around $9 for the meal, which is not bad considering the portion size and most importantly, getting a high quality meal that TASTES INCREDIBLE. Would highly recommend checking this place out. I have also had their blueberry muffins and those are soooo good too. read more

I've been searching for an affordable, convenient meal plan solution for a while now. Between working full-time, moving, raising kids, managing pets, and having a husband who also works, cooking dinner each night just wasn't realistic. We found ourselves ordering out multiple times a week, which was not only unhealthy but also getting way too expensive. After asking around, several friends recommended Ideal Nutrition, and I'm so glad they did. At just $8.50 per meal, it's one of the most budget-friendly options I've seen for a local meal delivery service. Many others in the area were significantly more expensive. They offer a decent variety of meals each week. While many of the items contain cheese (which I personally don't love), my husband happily eats those. Luckily, there are plenty of non-cheese options too. Some of my favorites include: Korean Ground Beef BBQ Pulled Pork with Rice & Beans Thai Crispy Chicken with Sticky Rice and Broccoli Vegan Lentils with Butternut Squash Even their plant-based meals are full of flavor. The portions are on the smaller side, which I actually appreciate since I'm trying to be more mindful of my caloric intake. Sometimes I'll add extra rice or veggies if I want to bulk it up a little, but most of the time I don't need to. A nice surprise has been that many of the meals are kid-friendly too--my kids actually enjoy several of the dishes, which makes my life even easier. Meals come in individual plastic containers, delivered in a temperature-controlled bag with ice packs every Sunday. You store them in the fridge and heat them up in the microwave--super easy. Sometimes I'll toss the chicken in the toaster oven for a few minutes to crisp it up a bit more. So far, we've also tried: Chicken Carbonara Grilled Shrimp Romano Chicken Pulled Chicken Pancakes Every item I've tried has been delicious. My husband keeps saying he can't believe these meals are only $8.50. They last about a week in the fridge and can be frozen if you don't get to them in time. Best of all, there's no subscription required--I just order à la carte each week, which works perfectly for our unpredictable schedule. As a teacher, I also really appreciate the 10% discount for educators and first responders. Ideal Nutrition has been a game-changer for our family. If you're busy, tired of takeout, and want flavorful, convenient meals without blowing your budget, I highly recommend giving them a try. read more

Don't order online. only go in person. they will change your orders without your permission or any notification. I'm without 3 meals for it. better off just getting it in person so they can't screw you over. read more

This is my first time ordering from Ideal Nutrition through GrubHub. I was excited to find a place that offered healthy food at an affordable price. Although, the delivery was early. What was delivered was not at all what I expected. The item was delivered as a TV Dinner and not ready to eat. I am very disappointed. This place would have been saved as one of my favorites, but instead, I will never order from them ever again. read more

Thank goodness for ideal nutrition. I've ordered from them to stack up my to-go cooler since I work out of state and don't have many nutritious options in those areas. And now that I'm home and pregnant, their food is giving me the nutritional support and variety I need to always have something satisfying at home to curb my appetite and nausea. I'm so glad I was acquainted with their food from before because pregnancy taste buds make most food seem repulsive. But their variety and low sodium options are just what my pregnancy body is needing. Thank goodness. If I can't stand meat no problem they have vegetarian options!! If I need low acidic foods they have that too! And I can order multiple meals to have in hand in the fridge for a midlnight fridge raid. And thankfully they're available in Uber Eats and the price is right to stock up! read more

I have been eating these meal preps from ideal for about 3 years now, and I can't recommend it enough. Hence, why I drive 40 mins a week all the way from fort lauderdale to boca to purchase these meals - The food is always fresh and consistent, and the customer service typically is top-notch-- friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. This past week there was a mishap but definitely a 5-star experience from Elroy. He was hospitable, attentive and kind. Thank you Elroy! read more

Everything I've had has been delicious, and great price point too. Great for one person who hates to cook and is always on the go (that would be me!). We need a location in Fort Lauderdale, because I have made special trips up to Boca just to go to this place. One suggestion: maybe a container recycling program? read more

Love ideal nutrition! Their prices are very affordable, the portions are perfect, and everything always tastes great! This makes my life so much easier and I eat the meals for both lunch and dinner. The blackened chicken penne is so great. This is the perfect spot for people that live a busy lifestyle but also want to maintain eating healthy and feeling good. Between me and my fiancée we get about 10 meals and that lasts about a week. the ones we don't eat we just throw them in the freezer. I love that this helps us eliminate a lot of food waste and always have healthy food on hand. Definitely try this place out! read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Ideal Nutrition Now. I get their meals delivered weekly and each week they arrive around the same time during the day with great communication during the delivery. I really wanted to love them but their delivery, meal quality, and customer service aren't consistent. Meals are sometimes gross and delivery times always vary. Sometimes they deliver at 1pm, or at 5pm. They give like a ten minute warning but I can't sit around all afternoon and wait for the food. One time they messed up my whole order, and I was without food for the week. They offered me $10%, which came to about $9 off my next delivery for the week. Such a joke. The meats they use are also low quality. read more
