I ordered my macarons 6 days ago. After submitting my payment, I received over 10 emails of the…read moresame thing, like they were spam emails. A couple of days later I called them twice during the day to confirm if they received the address change I made, via email. No one answered the phone. So I emailed them instead. They replied. Yesterday I received a call from them and a text message stating that my macarons were at the door. I go outside, they aren't. So I call to ask where my macarons were, the woman on the phone said she was going to call the driver and put me on hold, then the call ended. So I wait a few minutes and call them back. She said, she sent me a text back telling me that the delivery driver will be by in 30 mins. I didn't recieve that text. A few minutes pass and I receive a phone call from the same woman asking to speak to Matthew. I said no, this is not Matthew. She apologized and said she is getting our phone numbers mixed up. So when she said she texted me earlier, she really texted Matthew. Another 30 minutes go by and I recieve another text that says " your macarons are at your door." So I go outside and pick up my macaroons from the driver. I noticed he was holding a pink box and a clear container with macarons in them. He gave me both. I was surprised, I was so happy to have bonus macarons. I get in the house and open the box. I was disappointed, because they were all the same color, no added food coloring. So the only way for me to know what flavors were in each one, was to bite them all. Once I bite them, they were okay and very sweet. There was a flavor that tasted like a salted caramel, which I didn't order. I could also tell they were freshly made that day. But then I realized that I wasn't tasting more than 3 different flavors. Really? I ordered 8 different flavors and I only get 3? Thank you for the bonus macarons. But for me to spend $30 for macarons and delivery, and I don't recieve what I asked for. What a disappointment. Maybe the special attention to detail is given to the customers who order more than 12 macarons.

Do you want that? This is ridiculous. Talk about losing money. Six people that were waiting in line took off, including me.
