Local brewery great for social gatherings. Food choices are limited to whichever Food Truck is onsite for the day, but the drinks are plentiful & very affordable. We liked the fruity scents and really enjoyed the Ch'Boum for its cherry nodes & Pomegranate Sidra for its slight tartness. Aside from drinks, Lantern is dog-friendly and has outdoor seating; all the more to love amongst us locals

We finally made it here this past weekend and I was blown away. The aesthetic and concept are totally perfect, in my humble opinion. I love the art nouveau style of the brand and the French names of the beer. And most importantly, they taste amazing. We came specifically for the very limited release of Sagesse, their special beer infused with sage leaves. It was perfect! Truly such a unique beer and so aromatic. I loved it so much that I even got a mini growler of it to go, and even the growler was beautifully designed. All the other ones we tried were great too. A stout with cherries, a pickled beet beer, a hazy, and a couple more...come adventurous! If you're hungry, they have a rotating selection of food trucks or just chips up front.

I stayed in a hotel room last night and it happened to be right next to this brewery so I thought I'd check it out. I got the 10 beer sampler so I could try all their beers and it was only $20, not terrible. So I tried each one and hung out in their decently large space. The abbey double was really good! The rest were fine, nothing totally outstanding to my specific flavor palette. I noticed a ton of fruit flies flying around which was annoying. Then I noticed they kept flying into my beers and drowning themselves in there. Probably not the worst way to go but absolutely not ideal for wanting to drink my beers. I told the server and she didn't seem to be surprised or care so I just left with 10 beers that I only took a sip out of each. Very disappointing experience.

There's only street parking which may be hard to find especially when the jiu jitsu classes are in session, but the beer here is good and in my neighborhood. We got the 10 beer flight for $16 with a side of snack mix for $3 more. I didn't care for most of the beer except the three saisons. There was no hard cider on the menu. They have one food truck each day. Today was Curbside.

Cool place to sit down with a buddy and have a beer. There was a food truck outside if you wanted a bite to eat. Open area, felt welcoming. We had the flight and that was more than I bargained for lol I'd come again.

My friends took my wife and I here. It was a close walk from their house. It was a funny brewery and I dont know if it was time or the brewery or location, but it was about half adult half children in this place. Now that kind of stuff does not bother me. I dont have kids but I love being able to visit places like this with friends who have kids. The brewery has plenty of seating and a great atmosphere. Its a smaller warehouse/industrial converted to brewery. You can see all the tools in the back and i love seeing where breweries brew. It was a cool place for sure. The beer is pretty amazing. We did the big flight and tried everything they had. I did not have one beer I did not like. The dubble and tripel are amazing. Not only is the tripel almost double digit abv, but it had a great flavor as well. This place is a bit of a drive for us, but we will gladly come here to visit some friends and grab some beers!!

I've bookmarked Lantern Brewing to try months ago and just this past weekend I've finally made it in. It's right off Aurora, and it's pretty unassuming, located in a neighborhood, it would be pretty easy to miss. The interior is a pretty large space, and they have food trucks on-site, you will need to check the website as to the rotations. This past Saturday evening, it was Cycle Dogs (Hot dogs, which go perfect with beer). On days that there are no food trucks, you can bring in outside food. It appears this used to be a car garage, they have the ginoromous doors for it, and during the warm months, those doors would open up to allow for more breezes. There were numerous spaces throughout, you can have a seat at the bar, or opt for the picnic table settings, or just a regular table seating. There were board games as you enter to your left, and a foosball table, too. They are kid and dog friendly. And if you want to rent out the space, you can! So, enough about the interior, let's have a chat about the beer. We opted for all 10 beer tastings for $13, a total bargain! Plus, I wanted to try what they offer. What they offer is more along the lines of Belgium style beer. A bit lighter, not really IPA-centered, but that doesn't mean they don't have IPAs, they do, it's just not their focus. On their current tap menu is the Alpenglow: collaboration with NW peaks, Triple IPA with juicy hop aroma, apricot and pineapple flavor notes, a definite must! Of the 10 tastings, this was my favorite. While we were there, our tap-master was Nate, a super cool, ex-bike mechanic dude. Of course, he and my hubby know a lot of the same people in the industry, so we were there for a while enjoying beer and conversation. Overall, I would definitely place Lantern Brewing on my top 10 breweries in Seattle.

Good beer and not just your typical beers (see attached pic) lots of interesting flavors and styles. Great deals on beer tasting so you can sample their whole variety. Dog and kid friendly space with food trucks most days or you can bring in your own food. Also a shout out to the great people who work there - friendly and knowledgeable.

Love this place. I frequent it with my girlfriend and our dog, Daphne. We love introducing it to friends and visiting family, too. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is open and welcoming, and the beer is delicious. As someone who is not a fan of IPAs, I appreciate their wide selection of wheat beers (and others) rather than focusing solely on IPAs. The Naughty Gnome is my favorite but there isn't a Wit Bier they've brewed that I haven't loved. Thank you for being a seriously fantastic asset to my neighborhood & for providing a fun place to hang out, relax, or socialize while enjoying some damn fine beers. The rotating food truck outside is also a nice touch!

This place was amazing! The beers were incredible. I had both the kriek beer and a berry flavored one. Both of these were variations on their wit beer. Neither beer was overly sour and had a great flavor. Both of these beers were excellent. I would definitely be back to try more of their beers.

We decided on a bottle of the Lirac and a glass of rosé champagne. They also carry local jcoco chocolates chips as well as tinned mackerel, tuna, codfish. The buyer is exceptionally talented. We love that they serve a Viognier, it's crisp and on the acidic side making it the perfect pairing with fish like halibut or cod! Old Salt is dangerously good! It is so smooth and the perfect one to pick up for anyone new to red wines. David's block is for those that cannot choose a rich red wine. It pairs perfectly for after dinner with dessert. I love it with a tiramisu because of the espresso and chocolate flavors. I love the Syrah, it's an 8 Clone Syrah. It's a very French style Syrah, making it medium bodied. It again is the perfect wine for someone coming into reds. 2019 Southern Voyage - a new one for me! It was in our case as members. It's a blend of 58% Grenache, 23% Mourvedre and 19% Syrah which is becoming a bottle WA blend. It's also becoming a new found favorite of mine! The reason I love Eightbells is that there is something g for everyone. Friends who like whites, friends new to red, or those who know what is up with wine; there's surprisingly new twists on traditional wines here. Making it the perfect place to go and all while being continently located in the city unlike other tasting rooms. ------------------------------------------------ I met Taylor and Kip when we were all on our way back from Greece. We had just gotten engaged on our trip and after having visiting them in the city, finding out they made a delicious vingior, we got back made them our official wine for our wedding! Kip did such a beautiful job on all 3 of the designs! We even chose a magnum of Syrah and had it as our guest book! When we went in the past summer, 2022, I had the pleasure of meeting Pete as well! He was truly a kind soul who knew his wine, but of course, he's a talented sommelier. I have to many bottles personally to count, but I love the fact that they have a glass top. Perfect for events to open a bottle to share and create memories with loved ones!
