She found me a new unit, purchased it (with my approval) and set it up for me. When I finally came to pick it up, she walked me through the new system enough so that I was comfortable with it. After reading several outstanding reviews, I called, was seen within hours, dropped off the laptop and was met with a very caring and knowledgeable individual who explained everything she was going to do. This seemed sketchy to me because I know none of my wiring was poorly connected but I take my computer home and pay my bill. Of course the computer wasn't fixed at all. I called them and told them this, they offered no refund, or even apologies, claiming that it was "fixed when they had it". These people are completely incompetent, and may appear friendly up front but if they mess up they are completely unsympathetic and try to shift blame. I would not recommend their services at all. Use a company like P.C. Clinic; they are cheaper and more friendly.

They do not provide any IT services they claim except dropping off untrained employees at locations and expecting them to fix things. Then they use another outsourcing company to remote in and fix the system. No idea how they are still in business.
