We wanted to support a small business and found this shop through a google search. Their website was super easy to navigate and made ordering efficient. I placed the order online but realized I was an hour past the same day delivery window. I gave the shop a call - a shot in the dark - to ask if there was anyway I could get them delivered the same day. A very friendly guy (whose name I sadly can't remember) answered the phone and listened to my request, looked up the address, and told me "Sure thing buddy, no problem, we've got ya covered" and confirmed they'd be able to make it happen. I have to be honest, I was blown away at the kindness - he didn't treat me like an inconvenience and imo went above and beyond. I later received a text from my family member who said the flowers were a total surprise, beautifully arranged, and really lifted their spirits on a tough and painful day. This shop helped make that happen and I'm really glad I found them. They even thanked me for supporting their small business. Blown away and would gladly give them business over and over. Oh, and their prices were really reasonable

I've been looking for a local florist (since the national brands flowers are ALWAYS DISAPPOINTING and NEVER look like the picture). Aleta's Flowers came through when I needed them. Patty, the owner, dealt gently with me and my two sisters at that difficult time and came up with a beautiful floral tribute. Not only that, at her suggestion, she came to the church after the funeral, took the arrangement back to the shop, and re-fashioned it into a grave cover, equally as beautiful. Such kind and gracious customer service is missing in so many stores today. I most highly recommend Sunnyside Florist in Owosso.

When we called to discuss this, all they could say was sorry, we will deliver the missing arrangement TODAY?!? If your business is to make and sell flowers, how do you mess up that bad and not compensate an already grieving family for this?!? This is truly unacceptable service and we will let everyone we know how dissatisfied we are with your services and lack of making an order to request.
