please do not sign up for a membership. I signed up to do 1 month unlimited in mid-January 2026. On January 30, 2026 (a couple weeks after signing up for 1 month unlimited), I logged into my account to cancel my membership. intentionally, I wanted to make sure I canceled it well before it would've charged me again. To which, I noticed how I got charged another $25.99 so I stopped in there, and the kid in the booth was as helpful as he could be- he showed me that on his computer. My membership shows canceled and he let me know when the manager was supposed to be in that week so I could talk to him. Despite several attempts by stopping in, calling him, sending emails I continued to be charged $25.99/month, with a double charge of $25.99 in February. after months of no response from Lansing Car Wash, yet still being charged $25.99 each month, I called my bank in June and thankfully, they successfully disputed the 7 charges- they also filed a stop payment (stop payment was filed for all 4 of the slightly different vendor names Lansing Car Wash appeared on my statements as). unfortunately, I'm writing this because I just got off the phone to dispute two more of the same exact charges and filed another payment. If I am charged yet again in September, then my next option is going to be to cancel my current card & start over with a new one. Since whoever owns this place clearly just doesn't care and is finding ways to continue to charge me - mind you, my membership shows it's canceled (on my end AND on the computer in the booth that the kid had showed me) - I will be doing some research to figure out what else I should be doing on my end to put this to an end. Not only for myself and the others who have posted about this happening to them, but to hopefully prevent others from having to deal with this nightmare. read more

I was honestly not impressed at first; the vacuums were weak on both sides of my car, but I managed. Then opted to drive thru to wash the outside. I was going to do a one- time wash, for the reason above but the customer service was GREAT! Katora, was so nice and took extra time to scrape the old stickers off my car(there were two). She was so helpful, that I decided to sign back up & give the place another chance:). Not a bad a price either. I do hope they fix the vacuums & stock the dusting rags & cleaning spray. :) read more

Never open on time, half of the vacuums don't work properly, and most of the times there are no towels. I like to get my car washed on the way to work, but they rarely are open on time. I'm ready to find a different place. Do better Lansing Cat Wash! So disappointed lately. read more

The dryers could me more powerful, other than that, I have no complaints. I went hear years ago, and it wasn't as nice as it is now. The remodeling is awesome. The staff is friendly. No wait time, fast friendly service. read more

I left and still had bugs on my wind shield, dirt on the sides of my car, my back wind shield wasn't touched. It's pretty rare to leave a car wash in the case condition your car arrived in. I can't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I signed up to get a free diamond wash and the wash was quite good, but the air dryers were nearly useless. My car was very wet afterward, much more so than other car washes. They do supply towels at the end of the wash so you can pull around the building and dry off the car yourself. But that took a lot of time. Normally I would just drive away and let the car air dry, but in this case it really needed to be towel dried. The workers there are great, very friendly, helpful, and informative. And the supplies they provide to clean the inside of your vehicle are nice. read more

I used to go there a year ago before the remodel. Have been using another car wash since. I noticed they out of no where started charging my card without my consent. This is fraud. Criminals commit fraud. Thankfully my bank is taking care of it. read more

Routinely overcharges despite pressing STOP buttons to end wash/service. Should have been $4.00 and charged card $11.50. A 300% mark up. Owner unavailable after repeated attempts to correct; forcing correction through Visa. A hassle. read more

very bad car wash paid $15 for a car wash car still dirty had dust on the hood still leave spots I would not recommend going there bad still has spots from Ryan. Still has dirt and dust on it. Wish I could post a picture of it. Very bad car wash didn't even come clean. I could've got it better myself. My hand washing the handheld one that was right after they just watched all the pictures within 20 minutes. I got to work and got out and looked at it. Shitty job. read more

Buyer beware! I signed up for the unlimited car wash plan. Did it for several months and was pleased with it. I cancelled in August 2023. Found out in February 2024 they were still charging me. After repeated attempts to get in touch with them, they offered to only refund $83. I was told they have a new owner. I think there is value in the unlimited car wash plan. Just don't be like me if you cancel. VERIFY that they are no longer charging you. This is my mistake and will own it if I can't get the money through the AG's complaint process or small claims. The value and overall wash deserves a 4 star rating, but their customer service warrants a 1 star rating. read more

The new GM was interested in my opinion, the vacuums worked must better. I'm loving the idea of new ownership since they are the only car wash downtown Lansing... Excellent job!! read more

Big shout out to my friends over at Lansing car wash. After a not-so-great experience there earlier this summer, I met the new GM Robert Tyler at Lansing Pride. He was handing out free car washes so I gave them another shot. Super satisfied with the experience and so I bought a monthly membership to keep the jeep clean all the time. Thanks, Tyler for supporting the LGBT community! He also gave me several free car washes to use for prizes for our gay sports league here in town! read more

I requested cancellation of my membership the day after Christmas hrough email and have received no confirmation after 3 attempts. Please check your email and cancel my membership! Your website membership management doesnt work! read more

Good price and good service. The staff is always really nice and friendly. Giving 4 stars because sometimes soap suds remain after washing. I know automatic car washes like this can't really be perfect and maybe my car affects the rinse off but I hope they'll continue to invest and improve in their equipment. This place is so convenient. I used to just have a membership in the winter but it's so nice and easy that I recently started using them in the summer in addition to doing some full washes at home. read more

Half the time the spot free rinse does not work leaving car streaked. And if you pay for tire shine, you better watch see if it works, doesn't always for me even though they claim it does read more

Horrible job lazy staff sprays one side of car dirt and snow still on car dryers don't dry well but they sure are into selling a sub par service... read more

If all you want is to rinse your car off for cheap, then this is the place to go. For $5, they'll do just that. But if you want your car to be squeaky clean, you should go elsewhere. The free vacuums are a nice touch, but only some of the work well. read more

Got a monthly car wash subscription for my girlfriend in April of 2021. Their equipment scratched the car pretty badly. No big issue, that can happen. Cancelled it, in person, or so I thought. Seems they have been charging me 19.99 a month for 7 months. Called to resolve it, only maybe issued a refund for two months, will give it a few days to see if they have remedied the situation. As of now, would not recommend, or give them access to debit or credit card information. read more

Not a bad car wash for the price. The unlimited wash plan is well worth the money. They say they have free Vac, but that's only if they are working....although I see that they will be putting brand new ones up soon...they have been storing them for like 2 months now. 1 of their brushes in the car wash is broken or does not move for some reason, but my car still comes out clean. Overall not bad. read more

Their system was down so they sprayed the car down with soap and ran a rag over it. The soap is still on my car and I am on my way to another car wash now. I'll never go back. At least rinse my car. read more

I had the same experience as others here had my brand new car washed multiple times with the unlimited wash program.. When the weather finally got nice I got a good look at my paint....all scratched up around the entire car. I also talked to the girl working there and expresses my concern. She took down all my info and said the owner was not there but would call me tomorrow for sure. It's been 3 days and no call, so I thought I would vent here instead. I think their problem is the guy spraying the car only does it from the drivers side. The car is not rinsed from passenger side so all the dirt and sand comes off in the brushes. I plan to go back and talk to the owner again and will update this post. read more

I purchased a monthly plan. Called number provided to cancel it. My credit card was charged. I have left numerous voice mails and emails and they refuse to contact me. I will have to dispute this with my credit card company. This business can't be trusted. read more

This car wash will ruin your paint job and will not compensate you for it. There should be a no start option. There's a reason why they offer a $3 wash with no intentions to ensue liability of their services. Business that have "use at your own risk" disclaimer usually are there for a reason. I understand the business but when your product costs the user money, time and resources for being a patron, it can be a little frustrating. The employees are nice here and the lines are usually fast but that is often typical of a business with poor services/products and business practices. my new 2016 Sierra truck has scratches all around it from their brushes. I leased my vehicle brand new and have never washed it personally and the paint is ruined. nothing but scratch/brush markers all along the exterior. I voiced this complaint to lady who apologized profusely while she was canceling my monthly subscription. She took my information and said she'd pass it along to management. To much of my chagrin I haven't been contacted. So if your lookin for an cheap wash, your gonna get exactly what you pay for. pics coming soon read more

Nice service but to not submit to a subscription canceled my subscription back in July and talked to the owner Dave himself said he would cancel my subscription and come to find out too this day they are still taking money out of my account read more

Great service, great new vacuums that are all working and also Alex recommended to me the unlimited car wash deal which literally will save me about 30$ a month. Couldn't be more satisfied. thanks alex! read more

This is the best car wash in Lansing! They always do a great job and the free vacuums are really nice as well. The washes start at $5.00 and go to $13.99. The employees and Manager Tom are really caring! read more
