After the appointment he spoke to the front desk lady and told her he would speak to his wife and call them for an appointment as my son was agitated. He was IN THE PARKING LOT lot still buckling my son up in his car seat, when I got a call from the same lady who told me she needed to book an appointment. I was not even aware that the procedure ended as my husband didn't even have the chance to call me (BECAUSE HE HADN'T EVEN LEFT YET). I said "oh they're done?" Her exact words were" Yah your son didn't do well at all so we have to book a full sedation appointment to do the rest." I was obviously taken aback as I was already anxious. I told her to at least give me a chance to speak to my husband and see what happened. He had just got into the car when I called. I complained to the Manager and got nowhere except an insincere apology.
