I once called in with a question for Dr. Markin and got a call back within the day. When I called in, his staff knew my name, which I would have never expected from an orthodontist's office. I can't speak to price, but I can attest to their commitment to service! My only complaint would be their hours. They're only open from Monday-to-Thursday, which can be challenging for someone who travels with work, which I do.

They were aware I was very anxious. My husband took him for the appointment. They were only able to do one tooth with him awake and told my husband the rest would have to be done with full sedation. After the appointment he spoke to the front desk lady and told her he would speak to his wife and call them for an appointment as my son was agitated. He was IN THE PARKING LOT lot still buckling my son up in his car seat, when I got a call from the same lady who told me she needed to book an appointment. I was not even aware that the procedure ended as my husband didn't even have the chance to call me (BECAUSE HE HADN'T EVEN LEFT YET). I said "oh they're done?" Her exact words were" Yah your son didn't do well at all so we have to book a full sedation appointment to do the rest." I was obviously taken aback as I was already anxious. I told her to at least give me a chance to speak to my husband and see what happened. He had just got into the car when I called. I complained to the Manager and got nowhere except an insincere apology. For the little dental work he did get done, the Dentist was good - but for God's sake get better office staff, maybe ones who can understand simple etiquette when dealing with parents and their children's care.
