As for my individual experience with my physio therapist Brendan, he was great: Super nice guy, very personable. He was extremely accommodating, even offering to do my physio outside on a day when I had a sick dog that I couldn't leave unattended. He did a great job in identifying the best treatment for my injury, as well as teaching me the necessary exercises to do at home. I'm extremely happy with the amount of mobility gained after my sessions and am very pleased with the overall experience.

The dumbest thing is, they would never let any patients to use the "Staff washroom" which locate just next to the treatment room. So, not knowing when I would have a chance to go in, and the moment she called my name, I have to pee. The next thing I know, I have to walk all the way to the washroom located near the food court. Now, I just want you to think outside the box for 1 minute here. You're already running behind, your patients are not happy, and now she has to go look for a bathroom but knowing there is one just next to the treatment room which none of the patients are allowed to use. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Is this what you call Customer Service?? BBBBBBBBBBSSSSSSSSSSSSSS, my dear!!! There are a lot of things this clinic needs to learn: WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been going to Evolution Sport Therapy for a while now. Treated by a few of their…read moretherapists. Some therapists are definitely more punctual/professional/knowledgeable than others. More consistency will be nice. Overall, I only have minor issues with their therapists, but their business practice left a bitter taste in my mouth. Did you know that when they put heat pad on you, that is actually part of your treatment time? For a 30 minutes session, you paid $10 to have someone put heat pad on you for 5 minutes. They don't tell you about it either. They claim on Mar 1, 2018, they will stop employing this practice, and have 1 on 1 for the full amount of time, but on Mar 1, 2018, they will also hike their price by 20%! I have never been to clinic that charge you full price for warming you up. You either go 5 minutes early and have heat pad apply to you, or they work on your other area while you are lying on the heat pad. Not Evolution Sport Therapy! You are being charged full price for having heat pad apply to you, and you just lie there. Or, if you look at it the other way, your 30 minutes session is actually 25 minutes session. I feel cheated. The new rate is $130-$150 per hour, and my insurance company will not cover it. They charged more than chiropractors, which require doctoral-level study. I think they are over-priced. I also think it's unfair for Jonathan to charge more than other therapist in the same clinic. Does that mean he's better? A lot of the therapists are not getting their schedule filled, while the owner, Jonathan's schedule is filled for months ahead. Something is not right. Either Jonathan is not supporting his therapists, or he's much better than other therapists. I see poor business practice here. I wish athletic therapy become more common, so business like this cannot overcharge their patients, and athletic therapists have access to more patients through their clinics. Before going to this clinic, you may want to ask yourself: How much your insurance company will cover? Do you have athletic injuries? Do you have spare money for 15 to 20 sessions? Are the location convenient to you? Is there similar options out there for better price? For me, I will look else where.

Thomas is another RMT at this Lifemark but his methods are different. He prefers active stretching and movements vs the deep sports massage techniques. Jennifer is a friendly, knowledgeable physiotherapist. We have a love-hate relationship especially when she starts digging into my knots with the needles. She does a great job assessing and providing me with the rehab exercises to facilitate my healing process.
