People who drop in quickly become "regulars" if they want to be social--and if that's not your speed, it's easy to relax and smoke by yourself. I'm a pipe smoker and appreciate the wide selection of pipes and tobaccos (including some rare or discontinued blends). Palmer, who works most weekends, helped me to choose my first pipe several years ago and is a terrific guy to hang out with when I stop in for a smoke. Stephen (Winky) works weekdays and we've had a great time exploring new blends and pipes as he delves into the hobby. And Brett, the owner, is a force of nature--always finding new, interesting things to offer. Very good for newbies and people looking to buy gifts for the pipe and cigar smokers in their lives. I've seen dozens of first-timers people walk in with some nervousness and leave with a smile.
