I mustn't have waited more than fifteen minutes, in and out, and they were actually pretty busy to begin with. Officially impressed with that alone. Staff members were professionals, I got everything I wanted without any hidden costs (which their competitors do) and I got it at a much lower price than I actually expected. This will be where I get my oil changed from now on. All of the positive reviews are exactly correct.

There are two trucks and one car. Every 3000. miles these vehicles get an oil change from this business. Every time we have been there every one has been courteous. It does not take long to do the oil change. This time one of the trucks was brought in for an oil change. This truck needs specific oil and a specific oil filter. We told them about the items that we brought in for the oil change. There was someone new who we spoke to and he told us that the oil and filter we brought did not matter. The oil change would still cost $50.00 using the oil and filter. Previously we were charged $30.00 for an oil change. We left because that was ridiculous!! I said it was stupid. The man said said the oil change involves labor as well. The labor then is $50.00 I asked, and he said yes. Apparently if someone brings the specific oil and specific oil filter they want to be used, that person will be charged the same cost as having the full service. Considering the complete oil change service is $50.00, then the oil and filter are free because I was told the labor cost is $50.00! We did not receive any explanation when we questioned the cost of the service with using our own supplies. We will never return to this business!! We will also tell others about our experience. We will tell others not to go to this business for an oil change!! We just returned from a local inspection station and auto repair shop. Their price for an oil change is $25.00 !!!! Maybe not as convenient, but Half of the Price being charged by this business! And all they do are oil changes at this place!

This visit, I was helped by a gentleman, and I have to say he completely exceeded my expectations. Not only did he perform my oil change efficiently, but he also took the time to inspect my vehicle and explain that I had a small leak. What really stood out was his honesty--he let me know it wasn't an urgent repair and that I didn't have to take care of it that day. Instead of trying to pressure me into spending more money, he simply explained the issue, gave me a quote, and let me make my own decision. That level of integrity is hard to find. On top of that, my front bumper had started coming loose because a bracket was missing. I asked if he could help secure it, and without hesitation, he took the time to fix it for me. That wasn't something he had to do, but he did it anyway, and I truly appreciated it. Customer service like this is the reason I keep coming back. I left feeling informed, respected, and confident that my car was in good hands. My next oil change is due in about 5,000 miles, and I'll definitely be returning here for it. Thank you for going above and beyond--I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service!

When you take your car here for an oil change, you get an oil change. No whoshotjohn about this cable and that belt needs replacing. There are no games here. The service is trustworthy and reasonable. I've had my Honda and my Audi worked on here and I will continue to come here even though I've moved out of the county. They will accommodate me with an inexpensive rental, which still saves me more money than going to a dealer. I think the only work they don't do is body work, but they can probably hook you up with that too. Cannot say enough good things about J's. Only drawback is that they are not open on Saturdays.

*** DO NOT RECOMMEND! ***…read more I always try to give my business to local/family owned shops. This time it was a mistake! I came to J's Auto Service for a routine state inspection and emissions check. Everything was fine other than a puncture in one of my tires and my brake lights being out. When I picked up my vehicle the odometer was up an additional 5 miles even though their invoice states there was no change in mileage. (Miles in 158,162, actual miles out 158,167 ( see attached photos)). This was odd but I didn't think anything of it since a road test is usually preformed. Fast forward to when I got the tire replaced at their shop/to get my other sticker for inspection. I picked it up after work and was a little surprised it costed $52.86 ($63.11 - $10.25 (state safety sticker)) for ONE tire. I started driving and realized my dashcam was unplugged. I contacted the shop and asked why this happened. I spoke with Christine who told me, "All we did was install your tire and check your brake lights". I go home and review the footage. I come to find out that they did indeed unplug my dash cam. Not cool. I also reviewed the footage from the day of my inspection. Prior to my vehicle ever being inspected, Jamie and Christine used my vehicle to pick up another customers car! They came back, inspected my vehicle and then conducted a road test. I paid for a state inspection/emissions test, not for them to use my car for their business. I will not be giving them my business after this and will not recommend them to anyone.
