I asked for a wolf cut but instead she just cut off my hair and called it a day. She didn't even style it or add in any gel, leaving my hair an ugly mess! I've never been so utterly disgusted with the way I look. I worked so hard to grow my hair out and I wanted it to grow even longer but now my hair is ruined. If you value your hair and your money, save yourself the pain and do not go here. The hairstylist is clearly determined to do whatever she wants with other's hair regardless of the customer's wishes. I only wanted a little cut off but she cut it shorter and shorter. I have no idea how I'm supposed to fix my hair after this. $35 dollars for a disastrous haircut is a scam.

I worked with Alycia who was so sweet and really talked to me about what I wanted and how much effort I put into styling (none, lol) so she gave me a style I could replicate with ease and my hair looks SO good! My daughter likes a more complicated "wolf cut" and Mackenzie knocked it out of the park, and my daughter is not easy to impress (she got all of the stylish / fashion DNA I never had). We are already planning to go back so my daughter can get her vibrant color touched up in the next month or two since we only did haircuts today, but I'm so glad we found our new salon on the first try!

I would highly reccomend especially for any newcomers to Hillsboro.

English I went to get my hair cut, I asked for layers and just the ends. I asked how much they would charge and they told me the starting price would be 35 for girls. The price was okay, so they paired me with a girl who works there. She sat me down and asked what I wanted again, as if she had forgotten, and I told her I wanted layers. Do you know how to do them? I always ask this question to anyone because some people don't know how to do it and proceeded to cut my hair. I had previous experience with this, so I usually wanted to know if not, I could have gotten a different style. The worker said yes, so she sprayed my hair with water and just started cutting. She didn't even part my hair like you should when doing layers, she was just cutting piece by piece. I'll insert a picture of what my hair looks like. It literally looks like she was cutting piece by piece like she was cutting a dog's hair. I walked out of the salon with my hair looking like this and I still had to pay full price. DON'T GO, IT'S NOT WORTH IT. She made the front of my hair look like I have a bob. I'll show you what I wanted and how she did my hair. I had to stop by a store to buy hair products to regrow my hair. I asked my friend to take a picture of my hair so I could write a review. That's where the photo was taken.
