Both items were charged to my bank account as it should be. I received an email for the but never for the in-store purchases that I made. I made four separate phone calls to the rude woman at the front of the store, and each time all she could say is that she couldn't help me. It was out of her hands, on my fourth call to her to find out where my delivery was she said she didn't know. The lady had picked it up two hours prior to deliver to my . It was not delivered. I asked to speak to the store manager and she told me that he would not be able to help me either that I needed to call 800 shop CVS. I ended up going to the store and asking for the manager and he told me the same thing that I had to call 1- 800 shop CVS. Which I did and guess what my in-store order was never processed even though the money was taken for my account, according to the so the money was taken but the request never made it to the store. So I was lied to by the front store, woman and the manager. My solution to this as I went to Walmart and bought the two products I want it delivered for half the price. I have also now transferred all of my prescriptions to Walmart, which is about a half a mile from my house. The moral of this story as we get to choose where we spend our money. We get to choose if our heart earn money being spent in a store needs to go towards rude customer service. Back in the day this CVS and Oakwood took very good care of my mom and my dad and it makes me wonder where went to.

I have been in this particular location many times without a problem. This time, however, the big boss must have been there. He didnt look familiar, so he wasnt the store manager. Higher than that. I grabbed a candy bar and ordered up my pack of.smokes. she rings it up, looks over towards the boss man and asks for.my ID. Well, it turns out my license expired. She says she cant sell me.cigarettes. I tried without success to explain that even though it wasn't good enough for me.to drive on, it was still a STATE ISSUED INSTRUMENT THAT AFFIRMED MY AGE. By the way, I'm in my mid fifties. I then tried to explain that there is no state law requiring we all have identification. State law simply says that we have to be a certain age. I can appreciate trying to be cautious and not accidently selling to minors. Can we not use common sense or judgement? Its been a long time since i looked anything remotely resembling a teenager. I wont go back. If the policy is to offend your longtime customers, call it a success.
