States that they're open until 11 online but they stop serving food at 9:40. Outrageously overpriced, and they were out of almost every single thing I tried ordering. Out of rice, tempura shrimp, potstickers, and spring rolls. read more

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The food is amazingly good and big portions. My husband got the teriyaki chicken and I got the teriyaki beef. So good. We will definitely be going again soon. read more

Good food! I cannot find better macaroni salad than at a Hawaiian restaurant. It looks like everything is made from scratch.

Lani Moku was one of the few restaurants open after our hellish ice storms. Teriyaki beef, seasoned veggies and Asian slaw were all pretty good. But the chicken katsu must have been in the fryer too long, so only about a third of it was edible. Will definitely mention that if we go there again. read more

Food amazing like always it's my favorite! Service was very pleasant and the ambiance is so nice, will always come back, and recommend to all my family and friends! read more

I'm super confused by all the terrible reviews for Lani Moku. My sisters and I visited last night and had tasty meals! One of us had the garlic shrimp salad, another had kalua pork with Mac salad and fried noodles, and the other had teriyaki chicken with friend noodles and a salad. The pork was tender and salty, the chicken was sweet and juicy, and the shrimp were fried crispy. The lettuce on the salads was fresh, the fried noodles were savory, and the mac salad was on the money. The portions were all good, reasonable sizes, too. Public House was packed so the wait might have been a bit longer than normal, but probably not more than 25ish minutes. I would certainly return. read more

If you haven't had simple Hawaiian street food, start here. I cannot describe how delicious the shrimp tacos were. The plate was full and I walked out thrilled by the flavor. The crispy, yet not greasily fried shrimp were delicious and paired with the perfect mixings and spicy sauce. For a moment I felt like I was back on the beach in Hawaii. Service was very nice and all ingredients very fresh. Here is the thing: expect to pay around $15-18 / plate. This is because they cook like they give a damn and use really nice ingredients. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I never received my food after I waited an hour. When I went up to cancel my order and request a refund the manager (female) asked me what my name was. I told her my first name, and she said, "that's a pretty common fucking first name what's your last name?" I told her my last name and she grabbed my ticket (that was still hanging from the selection of orders and was not being picked before orders that came in after." I asked her when I wil get my refund, and she said, "don't worry you'll get your fucking refund." This place deserves no business, and does not know how to treat people. 10/10 DO NOT GO HERE read more

Amazing food and service, everyone is so kind and friendly. Ive tried most of the items on the menu and there isn't a thing i didn't like! read more

Great food, ambiance, and cute little bar!!!! I can't wait to go back. The service was fabulous too!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I ordered the Garlic chicken with noodles and a side of Mac. Also a spam musubi. Literally, every item was stale like it had been sitting out for awhile. The chicken was chewy with very little flavor, the noodles didn't have ANY veggies, and the Mac salad tasted like nothing. The Musubi was ok, but again, very clearly had been sitting out for quite some time. Won't be going back. read more

First time trying lani moku at the Public House and it's just as great as their Beer Garden location. The garlic chicken is my favorite dish! There is great outdoor seating here too - very fun. read more

Stopped in to have lunch with my Son today. I had what I usually order at the Beer Garden location which is the garlic chicken, and white rice, and no green onions since I can't have them. He had the teriyaki chicken. My Son liked his teriyaki chicken, but my food was mediocre, and the Mac salad had way too much mayonnaise in it. My other complaint would be is that my Son asked for no green onions for me, and when it came to the table it had them on the chicken. Okay simple mistake right? The server took the food back, I told her I couldn't have them. Well when the food was brought back I had a funny feeling all they did was just pick the onions off, because one of the pieces of chicken looked like it had a piece of food, or scallion stuck to it! All I can taste right now after eating my meal is onion, and now, I have a bad migraine! Which is exactly the reason I can't have onions!! Thank you for your consideration! Maybe next time instead of just being F'ing lazy, and picking them off of someone's food, you will re make the order that was sent back when they say they can't have something!! Thank GOD I am not deathly ill from onions, but guess what! I happen to know other people who are! Remember that when someone asked for no onions! It may be an allergy, and not because they don't like them!!! read more

Stopped into the Public House and chose to eat at Lani Moku Grill. So glad we did. I love Hawaiian style food. I ordered the Garlic chicken with the mac salad and noodles. The flavor was outstanding. They have their own signature garlic sauce and then I added some teriyaki sauce to it for a little bit of extra pizazz! Yum. The noodles are fresh and have some veggies in them. The chicken was cooked to perfection and like I would cook it at home with great garlic flavor. (I'm a garlic lover, so I want to taste the garlic). Prices were great and you get a nice helping of food. The customer service was outstanding, Natalie took our order and delivered our food to our table. Very friendly, smiling and outgoing. Made our experience even better. The Public House is an old converted church with many restaurants inside and open seating. Very neat and chic idea. Was cool! Was not sure what to expect when I walked in. I would recommend stopping in sometime and giving them a try. I will be back!! read more

Both locations have some of the best Hawaiian food in the area. Love the $2 spam musubi, the garlic chicken, and the chicken katsu. Food is always fresh and super tasty. I like that the Springfield location is in the Public House so you can have beer with your food. read more

This place is a piece of garbage. I tried to order something and they give me such a hassle but I can't even order inside I have to order on the stupid online thing that isn't even working right. Then they asked me to order outside when places can clearly have dine in wasn't even asking for Dine in. They have good food but the management and also employees are terrible at this establishment. If they honestly want my honest opinion they should put ordering option back to normal and not be passive aggressive towards customers. I'm not normally an aggressive guy I have a good amount of patience towards people but I also know when I am being valued and when I'm not. read more

It is a shame you can't rate a ZERO!! So we ordered the 3 pork tacos from Lani Moku Grill. Talk about an amazing wait time, if you time it out we waited over 30 minutes for each taco (a grand total of an hour and a half/90 minutes) for these tacos and still never got them. We watched tables get served who came there after us but we didn't get served. When asking in a polite manner, we were told another 5 minutes. After waiting for another 15 minutes an asking again for food, the person in charge was extremely rude to us. It was a shame, the rest of us had our drinks, appetizers and our full meal done. Lani Moku ruined what was a great night at the Public House. I do recommend 2 things: 1) The Public House is a great place to go and enjoy a meal with a family and friends. 2) Never, I repeat Never order from Lani Moku. read more

Favorite place to eat in Eugene/Springfield!!!! authentic, food is consistently great, always hot and fresh and their new location is amazing. Came in the other day, and there was a line of about 8-10 people to order, was still able to order and have my food in hand within 10 minutes. read more

Terrible! We waited forever for our food and when I went up to ask about the status, the lady yelled at me and said "We're busy ask for a refund". I waited a little while and received my food, but my son who ordered before me never got his food. He went up and asked for a refund and she cussed at him multiple times and threw his ticket at him and said "Here's your refund". So rude and disrespectful. Will NEVER go here or PublicHouse ever again. Just don't go. Its not worth it. read more

definitely won't be back stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for food that was supposed to be done in 10 to 15. Everybody got their food except for us. once I went to the window and said something, then they were able to get my food out in one minute absolutely ridiculous all I got was a sorry even after telling the lady when I arrived that I have ice cream in the car, I wanted to make sure it wasn't going to be too long :( so unorganized read more

We ordered a Spam Musubi on the app. A very grumpy women came and threw it on our table and walked off before I could ask for perhaps a plate and fork. It was just wrapped in plastic wrap and throw at us. Do we need to put in the special request box that we would like our food served on a plate while dinning in a restaurant? It was actually good but not enjoyable because of the service! read more

Got the Pele chicken with double Mac... never got the double Mac and the chicken tasted like sea food and I hate sea food. Got two orders and had to toss them. My husband order was the garlic chicken with noodles his noodles were hard and there was a lack of them. We will never go there again oh and also they say locations in Springfield but they are in Eugene read more

We decided to try Public House tonight. There were 4 of in our party and we decided to try different vendors. 2 of us ordered Pig and Turnip, 1 the South American Vendor, and one from Lani Moku. All of us received our food in about 30 minutes, except the one from Lani Moku....she sat patiently as we all are our meals. New parties arrived at surrounding tables and received their meals, from Lani Moku (they arrived 30 minutes after us and received their meals). My friends husband got up to inquire about her meal an hour after ordering (3 tacos), they said 5 minutes. Well, she waited another 20-30 minutes (about an hour and half after ordering) to go ask herself. He was flustered, argumentative, and just plain rude. He did not provide her order and she asked for a refund. This is after she pointed out that others who arrived 30-60 minutes after us had already received their orders. We will NEVER order from this place again. read more

Second time here when they are playing completely I inappropriate profane music. Let the first time go. I am gonna contact the owners of the public house next. Employees are rude and very unfriendly even condescending. Maybe new owners would Run the place better . read more

Went to dinner with good friends at Public House. Thought pork tacos from Lani Moku Grill sounded delicious. 90 minutes later when all 3 other people at my table had completely finished their drinks, apps and food and I STILL didn't have my 3 tacos my husband went to check on my order and was told sorry 5 minutes. 30 minutes later when I went to check myself, the young man in the kitchen was so rude, telling me what a hard day he had and how they had 50 orders ahead of me (it was a Tuesday night and there weren't even 50 people in the whole place), so patronizing! I canceled my order and he raised his voice at me telling me that their order system was not working properly and getting defensive - what happened to the customer is always right?? When I said I was going to make a complaint to his manager, he said "good my manager just left and she told me to deal with it" and pointed his finger in my face! There are other food choices at Public House that are very good, if you want to eat with your group, do not order from Lani Moku Grill at Public House! read more

Hour & a half wait, for cold tacos. The other food carts at Public House provide much better options.

Katsu was cold, they don't give you "actual" katsu sauce(more like a salad dressing). For the second time, we did not receive the 4 spam musubi as ordered! Lastly, there was zero silverware. Guess we will eat cold food with our bare hands and get a refund for the second time for the items we did not receive. read more

If I could leave a lower rating, I would! This is specifically the public house location. We were a simple 4 top in a Tuesday night, 3 of the 4 were served promptly (by other vendors) and our one friend mistakenly ordered from Lani Moku Grill, now I understand during these times things can get behind however, this was wholly unacceptable. Our friend ordered 3 tacos, we were all served our apps, drinks and entrees and actually finished our meals and our friend was still not served. After an hour wait for three tacos her husband asked where his wife's food was, they assured us 5 mins and it would be there....30 mins later and still no food she just went to cancel her order and the guy was absolutely rude to our friend and started arguing and being aggressive he didn't care to let us speak to the manager- so we all decided to Yelp review in protest! Please hear me the public house is great and we will be back for sure but never ever will we order anything from Lani moku grill again! 0 stars and strongly do not recommend! read more
