I spent 20 minutes wandering the lot and then went into service to check on any recalls on my 2017 Explorer. I then went into the showroom where there was numerous sales people talking to one another and very few customers. After 10-15 minutes I then wandered back outside to look at more inventory. Not once in the entire time I was there did any individual say good morning or can I help you. I'm quite disappointed as I'm seriously looking at upgrading our Ford Platinum to a pickup truck but having second thoughts about where I deal .
