Often when I deal with logical, analytical people, I find that, while often very efficient (which is of course the main goal!), they are not necessarily very personable. Lol. So imagine my surprise to encounter the absolute NICEST lady with a great personality and engaging character, who is also an incredible CPA!
Francie was actually discovered by my mother, but when mom suffered two devastating strokes a bit over a year ago, it was I who had to try to put all the pieces together and keep the ship afloat. This, of course, included all things financial and tax-related. I had no idea what was needed or how things worked at my parent's house.
So it was a miracle that their tax person was this angel of a lady. Honestly, she not only went out of her way to help me gather up needed documents, and walk me through everything that needed to be done, along with a timeline and reminders throughout the year, but she also referred me to other amazingly competent individuals, which was extremely helpful since I don't live here and am not familiar with which business are good.
She is someone who works diligently, remains calm and is beyond proficient in her craft. She always shows the utmost professionalism.
