I use turbo tax every year and every year turbo tax gets more expensive and my return gets lower, so this year I figured "why am I going to pay over $300 for a bad return?". So I asked Ali what I can do about it because I work near her business and she told me "let me see". Less then an hour later, my taxes were filed, I got 3x the return I was expecting, I paid significantly less then I would for turbo tax (I DoorDash time to time and TurboTax charges you 2x because you are now an "independent contractor"), and I feel like I even walked out understanding the forms a little better. Honestly she's great, the office is really nice, the parking and accessibility was great, and even the other staff were very nice and patient with me trying to explain what forms I had and didn't have. 10/10 will go again next year.

We switched to them in 2018 I believe and never have looked back. Every one we interact with is amazing and the customer service is great. We are located in San Diego and with them way north of us, communicate is still great. By the end of January we also get our envelope with all the paperwork in it and all the questions we need to answer and we throw everything in the envelope and send it back to them. In 2023, I got divorced and Chris was still amazing at helping me understand my new way of filing taxes and even helped me understand my the way I should be doing my w4 forms. No way the other places would do that. Once my son started working Chris and everyone explained how to do his w4 and how to maximize his education credits as well.
