They called us that afternoon for an appointment the next morning between 8&9am. They arrived at the appointed time and performed the fix of the gas line. The line now has a rubber sheath around the silver gas line with a copper wire which makes it capable of resisting a lightning strike, we were informed. I am updating my review as they did the right thing by us and even though they were not "experts" at pool heaters they corrected the work promptly. It seems as if there may have been a misunderstanding between our pool guy and the plumber.
