Years after installing the HVAC system, the thermostat gave me some problems. I told Jim & He came over to replace our thermostat same day I asked, no charge, and it was not still under warranty. To me, that's incredibly kind. He went above and beyond to help his customer. I am surprised to see any bad reviews because I have only had good experiences with this company and would suggest Jim to anyone who needs any assistance with HVAC related issues

The quality of the work that was completed was very good, and the pricing was reasonable…read more Unfortunately, the communication and overall customer service completely overshadowed the positive work. The agreement was for duct cleaning and a water heater drain service at two separate properties. I paid the required deposit, and after all of the work was completed at the first property, I was asked to pay the remaining balance. Because I had used this company before and had positive experiences, I paid in full. We then agreed on a date for the work to be completed at my home, but they never showed up. There was always an excuse as to why they couldn't make it that day. After multiple delays, I decided I no longer wanted the remaining services and requested a refund for the portion of the work that was never performed. The company agreed to issue the refund, yet nearly two weeks have passed and I still have not received it. This has been extremely disappointing, especially from a business that has been established for years and had previously earned my trust. If the agreed-upon refund is not issued immediately, I will have no choice but to pursue recovery of the funds through small claims court for breach of our agreement. I hope the company does the right thing and resolves this matter before it reaches that point.
