Ask Dr. Guglin and he happily advises, drawing on his deep and broad knowledge and experience base, without a thought for how he can monetize the answer. It's so refreshing to again have a doctor I can communicate with freely, to optimize my health and not just patch over the symptoms. Most doctors are knowledgeable and smart, but if you cannot communicate freely, how does it help you? Whether you want to: + maximize your performance as an athlete, + achieve your health and fitness goals, + address chronic disease in ways that the best of traditional medicine cannot, + correct cosmetic concerns, such as hair loss or wrinkles, or + just want to enjoy your later years in good health, HyperFit is a very good place to be.

He was fun to chat with (even with my mask on) and he made me feel extremely relaxed during my visit. I told him I wanted to start to work on my crow lines and laugh lines and we did a small amount of product that subtly helps both. I can still move my face and everything! Anyway, if you're thinking of getting Botox in the near future I recommend Hyperfit MD for the expert and kind care.

She has recently also released guided meditations to help in these crazy Covid times. I'm really enjoying the series of reflective meditations . Her voice, the instrumentals, and vocals of the artist are very soothing and relaxing to meditate to. I like that they are 15 minutes long, which is the perfect length of time for me. This series is unique in the sense that the guided parts have an excellent mix of focus on breath and thought-provoking content. It's like meditating to a great TedX seminar. My favorite so far is the Gaining Self-Compassion session.

She was always available for questions that inevitably arise. In short, we highly recommend Dr. Rumback to perform your son's circumcision.

In conversations before the bris, I knew that my friend was nervous about the process, the ceremony, and the actual circumcision. I can say with confidence that Dr. Rumbak put the family's mind at ease both with her expertise and her gentle approach. As a "spectator" at the ceremony, Dr. Rumbak passed around sheets so we can all follow along and feel part of the ceremony, and explained what different blessings meant. She also added some Jewish text in a modern and relevant way, which I appreciated, and my family continued to discuss post ceremony. The sweet baby did super well and was calm throughout the entire process. Truthfully, I didn't even know when the actual circumcision actually happened because she was so gentle and discrete. At the end of the ceremony, many people went up to Dr. Rumbak to compliment her on one of the best brit mila's they ever went to, and many asked for her card (including my mom for our temple!). She has a great business partner in Shachar, who socialized with the guests of the ceremony, kept everything organized, and was just an all around stand up guy. Oh, and how great that she is a mohel AND a doctor. Talk about putting your mind at ease..that will definitely do it. Highly recommend.
