Don't waste your money - stay well away…read more This outfit took £190 and failed to do the job that was requested - the dpf was blocked on a Vauxhall Insignia, I was told that £190 job would definitely sort out the problem, a number of weeks later and after doing no more than 100 miles the dpf filter remains blocked - I have a aa report to confirm this - this outfit claims they can clear a dpf filter with their so called chemicals - it has definitely not worked on my car - I have re contacted the business owner and he has refused to return to do the job again - avoid this company at all costs - they do not deliver on their promises - I am also contacting trading standards

I also recieved a voucher for my MOT with 10% off which I booked in. The price ? £25 with my discount. The manager was great the lads were fantastic. Honesty in a garage seems to be a rare comodity. Value for money ... 5 stars is not enough ... they are brilliant. As i was standing there I spoke to a customer who had left a bag. She said the same so it wasnt just me.

Not being a boy racer I didnt feel entrely at home here and didnt receive the warmest welcome. They have a large variety of "after-market" wheels for all types of cars. I was only needing some cheap replacements for the rusting wheels on my aging Golf but they were able to supply a set although the price could have been slightly better. They do price match so I should have had a haggle. Open until 6:30pm Autostyle pretty much fit everything and even have a wheel simulator so you can see what your new wheels are going to look like fitted. Happy Campers is the most expensive garage I have ever used and the worst service I have ever received. DO NOT USE THEM. I had them fix leaks in my campervan and had to pay an exorbitant £2100 for that job. And they did a terrible job! Van was still leaking so I brought it back and then also had them fix some mechanical problems, because I needed my van back in working order asap: a broken alternator and the oil cooler. My van is old so I know parts are hard to come by. This is why it took forever for the parts to arrive and because I live in and work from my van, I was sleeping in the van after they finished work on my van. The manager told me on Monday: the parts have arrived but there is not enough time left today to fix it. So they would fix it the next day. The next day, however, I hear nothing. I phone them and they tell me they will phone me back. But they didn't. I phone again and speak to the manager who tells me that the parts have not arrived because they made a mistake, something about incorrectly booking the parts in the system. Because of this mistake, I have lost a day's work, because I was told the parts are here (not maybe and not on their way, I was told the parts HAD ARRIVED) and the van will be fixed so I had taken on some work for the next day because I thought I would have my van back. But because they misinformed me I ended up losing income because I had to cancel that work. I asked them if they would compensate me for my lost income and they said NO, no way. I need to pay their £2000 bill and I will lose an additional £1000 because of the canceled job. This company employs incompetent people, overcharge and do an awful job. NEVER go there. I will spread the word in the vanlife community.

It took over a week for the recovery to be carried out, despite your promises of a quick turnaround. Once you had the vehicle , the quote skyrocketed to £5k+, which was a shock and far beyond what we had expected. We were then hounded hourly for an answer. We spoke to other reputable mechanics who said that the price quoted by your company was significantly higher than what was required for the work needed. We had to pay an additional £450 for recovery and labour to put things back together, and we arranged for a reputable mechanic who diagnosed the problem and quoted us £750 for the repair. We were met with delays, false promises.
