I got excellent service when purchasing my car but the after care and the MOT and Service the following year were awful. They got oil on my seats, lost two of my wheel trims, introduced a new oil leak to my car and a whole host of other problems. read more

I bought a Fiat Punto from these guys three years ago, it had a couple of niggles but they sorted them with no hassle. I have had it serviced by them twice and on both occassions had a loan car to use with no charge. I bought a car from Wirral Small Cars (WSC) 6 months ago. The car has had a multitude of problems, and WSC have been really unhelpful. Their customer service is terrible. Firstly the water bottle blew up the day after I bought it. I took it back to get fixed the next day and had to argue with them to get a courtesy car whilst they fixed it. Then, the courtesy car's engine failed whilst I was driving on the motorway, and WSC refused to pay for it to be picked up, even thought I was stranded with my 8 month old baby. I had to pay 300 pounds to get picked up by the AA and WSC have not refunded me the money. I then got my own car back and I have spent over 700 pounds on various problems in the past 6 months. This means I have spent 1000 pounds on top of the 1500 pounds I paid for the car. The owner of WSC has been rude and unhelpful, and I haven't seen a penny of the money they said they would refund me for all of the problems since I bought it. WSC are untrustworthy and unhelpful and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more
