Being in the city centre its quite convient if you drop off your car in the morning, go to the shops or check out a movie and then your car is ready. I think if you have an MOT / service they also wash the car for you (dont quote me on that one!) Cons: Since its not the largest garage in the world they sometimes dont have what you want in stock. I needed some continental tyres for my car and they had to order them in. (Admittedly it didnt take long at all for them to get them in).

On collection, they informed me that the car has not yet been fully fixed (they were expecting me to pay an additional £1,000). Furthermore, the engine light has reappeared, the AC is broken and my windscreen wipers no longer work. Bearing in mind I selected a FULL FIT JOB (the most expensive service they offer), after paying over £2,000 for a service, I am no better off than when I started. Manchester Engine Centre have terribly CS and absolutely no after sales customer care. They have refused to accept and responsibility or offer any resolution. BEWARE, THEY ARE A SCAM! I have informed the Office of Trading Standards, who confirmed they already have an investigation into this fraudulent company.
