I needed his help to get my property ready to be listed on the market. I ended up asking neighbors for help last minute as he failed to show after rescheduling with me. He quoted me Full Landscape Maintenance to include "mowing the lawn, precision edging, blowing off all hard surfaces, and professionally trimming and shaping all of the shrubs shown in the photos. We'll leave the entire landscape clean, neat, and well-groomed with attention to detail to give your property a polished, well-maintained appearance." He even said "I can include pressure washing of the concrete patio at no additional cost as part of the service to leave everything looking clean, fresh, and professionally finished." I also booked him to help me replace irrigation heads. When we came back to the house I was so sure he wasn't done but he was nowhere to be found. Weeds were left, I had to ask him to cut them down. Trash was left, I asked him to remove and that never happened. Concrete patio was never pressure washed, mulch was never swept up, debris on the concrete was never blown off. He had dug up a few irrigation heads to attempt to replace, since the heads weren't broken he didn't replace, but he also didn't fill in the hole and instead there was mud all over the concrete into the sidewalk. He had apologized and reassured me he will be back to fix his mistakes which I genuinely appreciated. Given our work history, I sent out payment in good faith. Surprise surprise, he didn't show up, then he rescheduled again! Alas he never showed and of course never responded. Incomplete work, non responsive, not a man of his word. Do not hire him. If you do end up needing his work, do not pay on Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp. Pay on your credit card because you will end up disputing the charges for incomplete work.
