We texted a lot, especially because he had to come back to fix the work AND pick up the tool that was left behind (which you also thought he'd picked up, and I had to tell you a second time that he hadn't). Payment is super easy as they accept electronic payments and send you invoices via email. I can always count on them to show up and do an impeccable job. Not only do they maintain landscaping, they are also creative and thoughtful designers. We bought our home that was previously a rental property and the front yard was plain and ugly. Rafael and his team did a beautiful job with our new landscape design and have been making sure it stays beautiful when they come every week. Their work has completely changed the curb appeal of our home. Several times a week, people will walk by and comment on how beautiful our front yard is. Pricing is fair and honest. Hire them for any landscaping needs and you wont regret it.

He was the…read morefastest one to reply to my inquiry, and it was only fair to check out my lawn in person to give me a proper estimate. He came to my house for the scheduled consultation and gave me the best price. After seeing my lawn, I asked if he could fix my sprinkler and lay out landscape fabric and mulch to prevent weeds and maintenance. He said he would measure what I need once he finishes the lawn cleanup, which I liked. The day came, and he cut my grass and cleaned up the weeds in my lawn. He also capped a broken irrigation line I had from the previous owner of the house without any issues and installed the new sprinkler I had mentioned. He measured my lawn and gave me the price for the mulch with a landscape barrier. I agreed, and he went to Home Depot to pick up the materials in his truck. When he came back, he laid down the barrier and mulch to perfection. He also went the extra mile by removing the sprinkler heads that aren't needed anymore, which I appreciate about him. All in all, Tony is the man for the job. He's easy to communicate with, and he works hard. I will recommend him to my neighbor, who is looking for a new gardener, and will hire him again for my next lawn project. Thanks, Tony!

We decided to clean up the area so we could host an important family event, and our search led to Gio and his team. He responded quickly, and we discussed what we were looking for in re-purposing the rear 1/3 of our property. He described his vision and methods, and provided a very reasonable quote. We decided to move forward, and we left it up to him to provide and plant what was needed to create a perfect space that was both functional for entertainment and really pleasant to just relax and enjoy. Gio and his team did not disappoint. He met (and exceeded) our expectations, and stuck to the schedule and budget. And he didn't just create planter areas and new lawn, he also installed a paver walkway to match our existing patio stones. When he was finished with the original scope, he offered to maintain the rear yard to make sure our investment (and his hard work) would continue to look as good as the day he finished. He is not a typical "mow-blow-& go" gardening service. When he and his team arrive, they look around, see whatever needs care and attention, make everything right, and leave every inch of the yard neatly trimmed and clean. We are looking forward to asking Gio and his team to re-imagine and transform the side and front landscaped areas of our home. We can't recommend him enough.

I cannot believe I've not yet reviewed Octavio's Tree Service! I thought I'd done this years ago!…read more I have some trees along my property that have to be trimmed annually so as not to impede my neighbor's driveway and solar panels, and after myriad negative experiences with my regular gardeners as well as random companies hired over the years, all of whom hacked the trees nearly to death and charged me a fortune for the privilege, I finally found Octavio's and have never looked back. Eric is amazing - extremely responsive, always willing to work with my schedule (sometimes he's willing and able to show up sooner than I'm actually prepared for and I have to ask him to delay a day or three!), and on a few occasions (including the most recent one), I've asked him at the last minute to add something and he's always happy to do it. Pricing is competitive. Of course, any time you're dealing with trees, you're looking at more money than you'd like to spend, but at this point, I no longer call anyone else because not only do I trust I'm getting a good price, but I also know that I will also get excellent service on all counts. He also shows up with his crew to touch base with the homeowner, which is a touch I've always appreciated. And to that end, his crews are always on time, professional, work incredibly efficiently (and effectively!), and clean up to the point you'd never know they were there. If any business owner out there needs some advice on how a company should be run, give Eric a call for some tips. Last Friday, a tree on my property abruptly fell (partially). I texted him a picture out of nowhere, asking if he could help. He was here within a couple of hours (didn't even ask for my address - granted, it was in our text history, but still!), confirmed for me the tree was dead, chopped the 12'+ fallen branch blocking my front porch and moved it to the side, and had his crew here on Monday (right on time, of course) to remove the branch as well as the tree itself. They also removed a small tree elsewhere on the property that I added onto the job at the last minute. I'm sad about the first tree going (not at all sad about the second; I'd just been thinking an hour before the tree in front fell that I HATED the one in the back - kismet), but as always, Octavio's came in clutch. If you've stumbled upon their listing, you don't need to read my lengthy review to know you've come to the right place - the stars tell the tale - but if you happened to read all this, let me assure you that you can stop looking right now.
