It's been over a week and I haven't received a quote or even a response to my text. This is a poor way to handle customers and was a waste of my time to contact Eric. I understand that people get busy and if that's the case then professional curiosity would be to notify your potential clients that you don't have the time or desire to do the job. I was concerned grinding the stumps down wouldn't get deep enough to remove all the material, and I would have caving in problems in the future when the organic material decomposed. Of all the companies I reached out to, they were the only ones who could grind down deeper than 12-14". They gave me a very competitive quote for all stumps at a maximum depth of 3ft from the base. They came in fully ready, with a sizeable crew and got the job done in less than an hour. They removed absolutely everything and exceeded my expectations. I called to cancel and Steven, the customer no-service agent got on the line he asked what the problem was. Every time I told him what was wrong he said that was really ok. Everything was ok.
