The sod they replaced was left with the corners of the pieces sticking up in many places so that it would not properly root, I had to fix this myself. After the freeze I lost 4 bottle brush bushes, and I asked them to remove them. They cut them down to stumps and left the bushes in place. They placed another bush in front to hide the bush they left behind. I had a tree in back that lost some branches in the freeze. I asked them to make the area look nice and cut out the dead branches and clean up the bed that the tree was in. They hacked off the only nice parts of the bush, planted some cheap flowers, failed to remove the banana tree they were supposed to, and never put the mulch in the bed they promised. They had left over sod that I paid for and didn't use it all. They sold that to my neighbor and never even offered me a discount. When I asked them to come back to address the issues they wouldn't respond to my texts. The kid that runs this business is shady, does very poor quality of work, and cares zero about customer satisfaction. My landscaping looked worse after they worked on it than it did before they touched it. Worst landscaping service I have ever had. If I could give them a negative five star rating I would.

Clearing the yard under the tree & other preparation for limb & branch removal was very easy & they helped me. Watching them, I could tell they had worked together for quite awhile. They had a working rhythm & backed each other up for efficiency & safety. They left their work area very clean & even cut some of the dead wood for fire logs. The trees were taken down and debris removed over two days. I marked my sprinklers and after they left I tested them and Yes they all worked. They did great job on removal and I had them trim another live oak to let light in as grass was dying underneath. Now I have sunshine for the dirt and will plant grass next season. Would hire them again to trim my trees as maintenance and do a another removal if needed. Negative is that I had to remove 1 trash can full of chain saw dust from the yard but then again there was A LOT of wood cut.

Will was able to take over his duties and made their house look great again. My parents have large trees that drop a lot of leaves. Will took his time to clean before mowing and not just simply mow over the leaves. Despite being me being 200 miles away from Houston, he worked with me and my parents to coordinate a convenient time. He took the extra steps to accommodate my parents who are hard of hearing and don't speak the best English. Cost was very reasonable considering most companies gave a crazy price because most of the houses in the area are million dollar condos. My parents are not rich and just never sold out to developers. They also helped me install trellis around the base of our home and fence, not to mention hauling all of the trimmings from two overgrown crepe myrtles.
