Just had Ryan come out and complete a second job- the front of our townhouse and to say I'm floored…read morewould be an understatement!! I can't recommend this landscaping company enough! Not only did they do a great job they went the extra mile to do things that weren't in the proposal but made the yard look nicer. They installed a new drainage spot since our HOA grass coming ran over ours with a mower and destroyed it; they cut and edged the grass, laid additional grass seed, seasonal plants, and trimmed our rose bushes!! Talk about stellar service!! Ryan initially did our side yard a few years ago and installed a drainage system; we attempted to have him cone out last year and do work in our backyard but scheduling conflicts and missed appts (in his side) led us to another company... that was a mistake. The other company over promised and completely under delivered... now that Ryan's completes the second job we will never use another company; we will just wait... it's well worth it. We will be customers for life and continue to use Ryan's and recommend him. Our neighbors were so impressed they asked for an on the spot quote for their yard!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend Ryan's Landscaping based on my experience…read more Ryan seems like a genuinely good person and was pleasant to deal with, but the overall project was frustrating due to a lack of organization and too many delays. There were also several issues with the work, particularly with the painting and French drain, that required additional attention. Another major concern was the amount of payment requested upfront, especially considering the delays and issues that followed. The lack of a clear warranty or meaningful follow-up support also added to the frustration when problems came up. I really wanted the project to go smoothly, and I believe Ryan has good intentions, but the execution and project management need significant improvement. Better communication, organization, realistic timelines, and stronger accountability for the completed work would make a big difference. I hope Ryan takes this feedback constructively and improves these areas, because the experience could have been much better.

Then 2.5 yrs ago we had them remove our last ancient maple. Each and Every Time we have had Excellent Communication & Work. I state my case.

I would recommend Christoff's Landscaping to anyone looking for prompt, professional, quality work…read more Jonathan squeezed our 'jungle' into his schedule last minute and did an amazing job. The yard of our new house had been neglected for many months and needed a lot of love. Jonathan took time and consideration in our over whelming yard. He provided tips for us to help maintain the great work he had done and followed up with us a few days later to see how things were going. Moving from an association that provided all lawn care to a large yard of our own was a challenge, however, Jonathan helped make the move seamless. We look forward to continue to work with Jonathan on future landscaping projects and know any task we come up with will be handled with great care!

I found this company through Yelp. About a day later Ed the owner contacted me and about a day…read morelater he came over and gave us an estimate. The estimate process wasn't only us telling him what we wanted, Ed also gave us recommendations on what to do with the greater space. He recommended the best cost estimate and gave us the best product for our budget. About two weeks prior to we had a new driveway and patio installed from a different company. When Ed's crew started they respected our property in addition to the new work installed. Potomac Masonry's work took about a week to finish (5 days) due rain. After each day the progress was covered to keep the integrity from that day. In closing we were very satisfied with the wall and the brick repair conducted. We would recommend and use this company again in the future.

After a somewhat lengthy process trying to get the project approved through our condo association, we had to settle on a non-concrete pad with flagstone and planter box. Although the patio looked nice, the crew did not level some of the flagstone slabs and parts of the patio wobbled. Gravel in between the slabs was not fully put down, and they did not haul away all the old patio materials at first. After emailing them a few times they came out and removed the old materials but never fixed the stone slabs. Definitely a contractor that runs after you give them the final check.

Couldn't be happier with the service and end product!…read more Steve was quick to respond to our inquiry regarding a draining issue in our backyard. He was professional and able to solve the problems we had with ease. He put sod in the backyard and seeded, fertilized, aerated, and sprayed the weeds in the front yard. He worked efficiently with a deadline that we had in mind. He has visited to mow the lawn and frequently checks in on its upkeep-going above and beyond what was expected. He provided us with advice for fixing a French drain that was not working properly. He walked us through the process of setting up our own sprinkler system. The sod in the back looks beautiful and thick and the front lawn has made a great comeback and is also thick and green.
