So we didn't want a typical home sale inspection, nor is this review reflective of that type of service. Let's start with the good. This company is very easy to communicate with. They are responsive and easy to reach out to. Joseph (who conducted the inspection) is also very personable. He did a thorough review of the home and even gave us some thoughts on how we might re-design, paint or structure the rooms in our house. Finally, the price was great, He understood the unique needs of my situation and adjusted it to a reasonable rate. My big issue came after the inspection. I negotiated the receipt of a report prior to the inspection as the landlord would need a copy. I had to continuously follow up on this after the inspection and then ask him to add issues he identified that I had written in my own notes but were not included in the report. Although I finally got a report, it took a lot of effort on my end to receive it (and it was a bit less comprehensive than I hoped for).
