We have seen the same physician each time since we started, and they have been great about last minute prescription refills, more so than any other practice that I've ever been involved with - and those have been up and down the eastern seaboard. For the most part, we have bee recipients of kindness, consideration, and compassion from both the physicians and the staff. So, I'm sorry that the pervious reviewer has had such a difficult time with South Point Family Practice, but her experience cannot be generalized for everyone. They've been great for us. Incidentally, Lyrica was prescribed because of neuropathy in my feet. He listened to my chest and complained about his previous Employer Novant Health, no standard questions, no foot examination. it was hard to decide to leave this practice after over 20 years, because doctor Larsens assistant, Aja, was equally as competent as Dr. Larsen.
