He likes to talk down to patients, if you ask questions he thinks you're arguing with him, his favorite go to is "if you're asleep you're not _______" fill in the blank. He thinks everyone is out for as fix and has no interest in actually listening. Not quite sure what training you need to be a PA who hates his job, but maybe the medical field isn't right for him. Nothing customer service would be. I highly suggest finding another doctor, get another PA there, or ask to speak to the person who signs his check. He obviously can't be bothered by the likes of peasants asking him to do his job.

However, on July 10, 2025 the office manager and staff were less then understanding. She immediately shifted the blame to me stating I was not being cooperative. She proceeded to threaten discharge. All of this because I was trying to reach a understanding and find support for the lack of communication. She also claimed that her staff stated they spoke to me on several occasions where I refused care. The one star rating is largely due to my continued experience with the administrative side of the practice who, in my experience, are unfriendly and ineffective. I called the office to ask for a recommendation on when to get my Covid booster vaccine. I was told to "wait a month or so" based on their records. Within an hour of my conversation, I received a message from the CDC indicating I was "due for a booster". Very disconcerting that they didn't get this very important information correct!
