From the start, Dave was professional, honest, and upfront about both the appraisal process and his fees. He clearly takes pride in the quality and integrity of his work and truly stands behind it -- not just in words, but legally as well, as he personally appeared in court to testify in support of his appraisal when required on my behalf. That level of professionalism and confidence in his work is rare to find. Most importantly, the house ultimately sold just a few months later at around the value he appraised it at, which further validated the accuracy of his appraisal. I highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and highly professional appraiser.

It's been just over a year since a fire ripped through our house bringing our life to a standstill…read morebut at this point it's safe to say one of the best outcomes from this horrific experience was hiring Mike and United Public Adjusters. We hired UPA by accident at first. We were cold called by Anthony and originally thought he was from a different company during the post-fire chaos at no fault of his own. However once we figured out what happened, we checked references and reviews, and hired UPA over the other firm, mostly due to Anthony's calm demeanor and industry knowledge. Anthony, Mike, and the rest of the team was like having a best friend holding our hand throughout the insurance process. Mike had answers for every question in addition to answers for questions we didn't know we needed to ask. He worked directly with our insurance company taking one less task off our list and got us almost double what they originally offered. Tragedies happen, don't go through the experience alone!

I had a water pipe burst and we decided to use an adjuster to help us with our Insurance. I'm glad…read morewe made that decision and I'm glad we went with Mike and his team. They came over as soon as we contacted them to help us access the damages and to walk us thru the process and answer any concerns we had. It was a long process and Mike stayed with the it and stayed in touch about anything that we needed to know or do. Instead of going back and forth with the insurance company, it was nice to have one person to go thru and knowing that person has your best interests in mind. They work off a commission so it helps them to negotiate more money from the Insurance company. For large claims I would definitely suggest an adjuster and I would definitely suggest these guys.
