They said they could use the carpet from a closet and use it to patch the damaged area and replace the closet carpet with something similar. An unfortunate event unfolded where Tom couldn't make it to the scheduled time and he then referred me to his worker, Matthew. I got in touch with Matthew and they came over to check the carpet. I asked them how much it would cost and he told me what Tom quoted me for and I asked if we can go $150 since the job is so small. Matthew agreed but couldn't do the repair immediately since we needed replacement carpet for the closet. He left and said he would be in contact. A few days went by but I haven't heard from him. The owner came out and could not figure out why it was coming apart. Several month later a worker came out to fix it took one look at it and told me he would get back to me. Never heard from him again. Went to the store and owner Sean Rose told me it could not be fixed and the flooring had been discontinued. I asked for a copy of the lifetime garruntee the floor came with and was told it was probably 25 pages long and he would get the manufacturers rep to call me. Haven"t heard from him either. Not sure why the floor could not be fixed after it was installed but not 5 years later. Something about it might mess up the whole floor. Buyer beware. Calls are not returned and commitments not kept.
