The reason I'm writing this review today is because I called them for a minor repair I could not do because of a medical reason. It was an easy, quick job that I needed done. I just could not do it myself. They showed up and took care of it. There are still some good people out there and Baker Brothers employees some of these people. I knew when they had to keep coming back to "fix" what was wrong; large bubbles, two-tone colors, uneven texture and later hair line cracks down the middle, I had made a huge error. They offered to keep coming back, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results, then offered insurance after I got three estimates. I was done with it all. My error was in paying the full amount. My brother visited from out of state during the summer and was appalled seeing the inferior job and did what he could to make improvements with limited time. It's obvious when someone knows what they're doing. Lesson learned. Hire reputable pros and get what you pay for.
