I told them once, and again yesterday, that their employees were using a weed whacker to cut our lawn. Now, our yard is a small city-sized yard but not small enough to necessitate using a weed whacker. In fact before we starting using them we always used a lawn mower. Our issue was that when they use a weed whacker it doesn't cut the lawn fully and within a few days it was back to the length it was when they "cut it" with the weed whacker. They also, consistently moved bins around to get in our back gate and never put them back. Today I received a response to my last complaint and the response was , "...moving forward please find a new lawn service." Again, we are long-time customers and paid timely and in full and this is the way they correct this issue. Not by correcting their problem and make long-time customers happy but to basically drop them. This is a very, very poor way to handle a business. We are very dissatisfied.

I cannot say enough good things about Ryan my Designer and the whole install team. They did an amazing job. This landscaping makes me feel like I live in resort. Ryan was involved the whole entire time. He talked to the crew working and made frequent stops by my house to make sure the job was smooth sailing. Crew was super professional and hard working. I'm already wanting Ryan and his team to come back to do other areas of my yard. Thanks Ryan for making my new construction house feel like the home I've been dreaming of.

This spring when we had a few plants that didn't make it over the winter, they were replaced with no argument. We also had them come back out to clean up our back yard again this year and it was completed within a week and looks fantastic! Definitely a five star company!

My subdivision hired this company in 2019 to redo the front of our subdivision. Communication with…read morethem has been poor. I left a review at that time, was contacted by a manager and was asked to remove review and took care of our issue. Since then, a few of the plants have died and upon asking if there was a warranty we were told there was. We requested in June 2020 for the dead plants to be replaced and sent pictures. We never heard back. Reached out to Correy again and he assured us there would be a crew out the week of 6/22/2020. Needless to say, as of today, 7/31/2020, no crew, no replaced shrubs, and zero communication from this company. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. For the amount of money charged for the work, it is subpar, as well as the customer service is incredibly disappointing. We have five cul-de-sacs in our subdivision and have opted to use someone else so not to create the headache of trying to get them to communicate, follow through, and trying to get the work right. Our subdivision tries to use contractors in our own community, but feel it is well worth going outside of our community for a good company.

We signed a contract with this company to repair our outdoor lighting after the May 16th tornado…read more Unfortunately, it has been a comedy of errors over the past few months and the issue is still unresolved. Despite multiple notices to pay an outstanding balance, our outdoor lighting still doesn't work. The company essentially installed an entirely new system, leaving our old lighting in disarray. While I was initially fine with this, the new system has never functioned properly. I've worked with Adam and have asked him seven times to come out and fix the problem, but there has been no resolution. At this point, I'm exhausted and simply want the product removed--I certainly don't want to pay $3,000 for something that doesn't work. I've also requested to speak with the owner but have yet to receive a call. Please be cautious if you're considering this company for your lighting needs. Ironically, their fencing division was fantastic--they repaired our fence perfectly with no issues. However, the lighting division has been a complete mess, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for outdoor lighting services.

I want to say we've been using them for about five years. We have had better service from them than the two companies we had used previously (one went out of business). We feel like the price is reasonable for the work we have done. They start up our system in April, do a mid season check up on the summer and shut it down in October. We're given a four hour window for our appointments. They call when they're about 10-15 minutes away. The guys have all been pleasant. If anything needs replacing (it's rare, but it happens), they explain what needs to be done and why. The person I speak to in the office is great!
