She barely uses 4 strips and we are done!! In and out under 15 min. She was also able to sell me microdermabrasion facial which I had not gotten it done as such before, I think that was the reason my face is not breakout free. Throughout these years I had not noticed that on my face before so clearly something she did worked!! Definitely coming here back again for both these services. I felt instantly relaxed and my wax lady was on time and ready to go, even with my bad nerves for this sort of thing. The process went a lot smoother then I expected and wasn't as painful as I remember. After she was done waxing a strip she immediately put soothing gel on my skin to keep the irritation and pain down. There was a coffee machine. Old historical charm throughout! The other client got brought back and I just was standing around. I finally heard someone in the foyer area and was checked in at that point and brought back to a large room for my eyebrow appointment. We spoke a bit about eyebrow shape and how she likes to keep things natural/follow your natural shape. Can always take off more later if I wanted. I think my eye wax was all of five minutes. Trimming, a few strips of waxing, and then tweezing and that's it. Let me have a look in the mirror and I was happy for the most part. I should've asked to trim my eyebrows a little more. But overall content with the shape. I wish there was something to put on my skin afterwards to calm it down since I get red easily. Again, the whole process was super quick, didn't feel overly personalized with an eye brow shaping/waxing but the job got done. The staff who did my brows was very nice and we made conversation throughout my service. I felt comfortable and no pain with the waxing/tweezing.
