Admittedly I'm not the biggest fan of waxing because sometimes it can hurt, so I don't get it done all that often. But, I felt comfortable walking in here and was impressed with the quaint lobby area with products for sale. I felt instantly relaxed and my wax lady was on time and ready to go, even with my bad nerves for this sort of thing. The process went a lot smoother then I expected and wasn't as painful as I remember. After she was done waxing a strip she immediately put soothing gel on my skin to keep the irritation and pain down. Plus, she was extremely professional and did everything in about 30 minutes, which was impressive. I didn't feel as much pain as I was expecting, which is a good sign! I have always wanted to know what was inside that building/house especially with that gorgeous curved front door. Passed it so many times on University. We spoke a bit about eyebrow shape and how she likes to keep things natural/follow your natural shape. Can always take off more later if I wanted. I think my eye wax was all of five minutes. Trimming, a few strips of waxing, and then tweezing and that's it. Let me have a look in the mirror and I was happy for the most part. I should've asked to trim my eyebrows a little more. But overall content with the shape. I wish there was something to put on my skin afterwards to calm it down since I get red easily. Again, the whole process was super quick, didn't feel overly personalized with an eye brow shaping/waxing but the job got done. I've been going every 2-3 weeks and my polish hasn't chipped at all. I also brought my 3.5 year old in for her first manicure and they were wonderful with her! A person then came over and ask, "Do you know what color you're going with?" I replied, "No, I need to look at the booklet to decide." I continued waiting until 11:50 AM. At that point, I walked out -- 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment. I could understand a delay if I were a walk-in, but not for a booked appointment. I drove 27 minutes for this terrible experience. Their tools looked dirty, and the overall place didn't feel clean. Please don't waste your time here -- the service is awful, and the environment is far from professional and a time waster.
