Almost zero customer service. First time I contacted service, it was about a cover and gave me a recommendation on who use to do theirs. Yay! Second time I contacted service, I was still waiting on missing parts for my window blinds from the dealer I bought the trailer from. Two corner bracket covers and clip that combines the dark screen with blinds. The dealer had closed their doors. Lance had zero response (crickets). Third time I contacted Lance was the warranty was about to expire, still trying to get the middle clips. The closed dealer property was bought by another dealer many months later. The new dealer did get me the corner pieces but the middle is missing still. Contacted Lance and still got crickets from them. Fourth time I tried was to inquire about the door locking latch. I wanted to see if there was a key-less entry available out there. No response from Lance. Save your money, look at Grand Design, I hear their have better customer service, not the greatest but it's something. Update: The roof not even 3 years old yet, it does have a trailer cover on it and see the picture the TPO roof has come off from the side. It feels like they cut cost and didn't have much of a length or use enough glue to keep it from pulling back. Yes, water was getting inside. Cost of new roof ranges from $4k to $7k. For a long time I wanted to add pictures of their QA failure too. They installed the propane setup backwards. I reversed it and it's correctly done now. Easy to open and close valves. read more

I purchased a Lance 2185 trailer because Lance was supposed to mean quality. What I did not realize that Lance means POOR quality. The day I picked it up a drawer facing fell off, the shower enclosure was loose, screws were missing from brackets in the kitchen, etc. the worse was that within 2 years the front cap delaminated due to poor construction. The dealer was unresponsive so I wrote to Lance directly and never received a response. My advice is save your money and do not buy a Lance. For me, I do not plan to get another RV. read more

The absolute worst experience with Lance Manufacturing. We were once long time owners of Lance products buying 3 Lance Truck campers over the years but our last one was an absolute lemon. They would not honor their warranty and wasted our time having us drive to the factory for repairs, which they did not complete as promised. Then driving 4 hours back home without a camper. BUYER BEWARE! The roofs leak in several places on many new RVs. I was told by someone at the dealer and Lance (after my purchase) that there are problems with the tape used to seal the roof openings and the dealers are supposed to pull the tape and reseal the roof. At least 3 problems with that: 1. This does not address the water that went in the roof and wire raceways prior to the dealer fix. 2. The dealer is not the manufacturer and there is no way to know if they did a good job until more water damage appears. 3. The dealer may not bother to fix the roof and sell you a new unit guaranteed to leak, and most likely with long term water damage. (This is what happened to me!) THEN, THE FIX IS TO SHIP THE UNIT TO CALIFORNIA FROM COLORADO TO FIX A UNIT THAT HAS WATER DAMAGE FOR ALMOST A YEAR WHILE IT SAT ON THE DEALER LOT. Welcome to the Lance family!! We like to visit RV shows. We were interested in seeing the new Lance trailers, to see what has changed since we purchased ours in 2019. We've also considered purchasing a smaller Lance as we get older. What a surprise. The current model of our 2465 has a cheap-looking sofa (nothing like ours), noticeably smaller acrylic windows (we have large double pane glass), a chintzy little electric pebble fireplace (ours is fairly large and has decent looking "logs"), a smaller refrigerator, and plastic overhead cabinet doors (ours are wood). There is no comparison. I forgot the major price increase, too. We will not be purchasing another trailer from Lance unless they return to the quality we were used to. I bought a Lance trailer at the end of 2019. It turned it out to be nicely timed as the COVID year had few options to get away but our trailer was well used. I had a small recall issue with the trailer and Lance announced a update. I took it in for the recall since the factory was do close. I had the tremendous pleasure of reaching a representative there - Audra Falcon - who scheduled the time slot and got me in. She is splendid and truly invested in her job. Dedicated customer service is a rare thing these days but Audra is nailing it. A few weeks later I got the call to pick up my trailer and found that they had (entirely on their own) identified a few issues they wanted to update or replace these items. The quality of their product is excellent. They support it with friendly and knowledgeable customer support staff. They have techs empowered to make decisions on the fly and insure customer satisfaction. I cannot recommend Lance enough. I doubt you'll need customer support but if you do just know you'll be in good hands. read more

Buyer Beware!! This Company is a FRAUD!! Lance Campers will offer you a 10-year warranty with the sale of a new camper. Problem is - Lance will never honor any warranty claim on the failure of a factory installed item or equipment. NEVER!! The Warranty they offer is a JOKE and it will never be honored. No matter how egregious or blatant the failure may be. Customer service is a joke. I have seen firsthand both Adventurer and Norther Lite Campers deal with warranty issues - No Questions Asked - Lance on the other hand is all deflect and blame others. So here's the situation ... I do like my Lance 1985. The trailer is new (2022) and still under warranty. This spring the black water gate valve started leaking. As many of you probably know, that makes a mess when you go to dump the tanks. I took the trailer in to the dealer in May and they ordered a replacement valve from Lance on June 1 (it is now August 8). I have called the dealer several times to see when the part would come in, and they basically said they have no idea. So I started contacting Lance customer service directly, both by email and phone calls. Phone calls go directly to voice mail. In the past 3 weeks I have emailed twice and called 3 times. No reply, nothing. This is horrible customer service/warranty support. Unfortunately, it looks like this is a common complaint. If I had this to do over again, I think I would have gone with a different trailer manufacturer. read more

I bought my truck camper into Lance for some general maintenance, replace the refrigerator, and install a servo jack conversion kit. 6 months in and they have done about half the work. Rather that recount all of the rediculious and completely avoidable problems we have had, i will simply refer you to the Better Business Bureau. After a year of boondocking in my new camper overall it is great. It's comfortable and there's plenty of room. It is hard to comprehend how they got so much room in such a small area! The plastic windows have never been washed because I was afraid of them. So I just take a light streaming water and run over and dry it with a very very soft rag with a soft horizontal touch and it seems to work just fine. I've watched them twice and so far they seem to be okay. They have been through sandstorms and hail storms and are doing just fine so far. Also, if you Boondock do not use any of the Auto Options in this camper. Every auto option drains the F batteries and I have two very new lithiums. Every auto option is a drain. They're only good for if you're plugged in. The auto options were not for us drifters. In addition, the radio has to be unplugged from the back"don't pull the fuse" because they decided to use radio that stays on all the damn time. The auto options are good for battery drains, only. In addition, I took the key holder and put it above the door. It looks much nicer up there and I don't knock it off every time I come in the camper. There is a stop on the back door that I took off. It works good without the stop but you must be careful when you put the awning out or bring it in because it hangs up on the door. I lock the door back open with a shoe string. My 2022 gets 2 miles a gallon better than my old 2004 got and it weighs 500 lb more, figure that one out? read more

I purchased a 2018 Lance 1575 brand new in 2018. This is the worst trailer ever!! And what is worse is the company Lance. I've had my trailer in for repairs multiple times and had to bring back for same issues multiple times. Being brand new I shouldn't have to have so many repairs done. Lance repaired part of the floor because of soft spots. And now I have them again in multiple areas. Lance does a terrible job repairing things and a worst job building trailers. DO NOT ever purchase a Lance you'll waste your money on crap!! Lance should go out of business because they do crappy repairs and build crappy trailers!! Buy anything but Lance. read more

My lance 975 camper is two years old and it is quite poor quality. Warranty service in my area of Wyoming is not available so many of the things I am just fixed myself. The worst of all is the skylight dome over the food prep area had Leaks since the day I took delivery. I finally pulled the tape off the top and the installers had use heavy duty screws and cracked the plastic edges all along all four sides And that's where the leaks are coming from. We inherited a 2015 Lance 865 camper a couple of years ago. I locked myself out in the desert and had to break the window to get in as we were in the middle of nowhere. Called parts and got the parts quickly and I personally installed it easily. Then it was missing the board to the dinette sleeping area. I called last week and spoke with CS and "Andrea" looked it up and sent me the dimensions as we were leaving the next day for a camping trip. I went to Home Depot and got the board cut out and it was perfect. I have had a few minor problems with the camper, but overall it has been fantastic. The Customer Service team and parts departments are BUSY when you call in. But they always pay attention to detail and take care of us. THANK YOU to Lance for being there when we need you! read more

In 2009 I bought a used 2003 Lance camper model 1121 from the original owner. I've been to Lance Campers' Headquarters in Lancaster once for "camper service" in the 9+ years I've owned it. Overall, I've been satisfied with the camper. Last Friday morning one of the windows in the pop-out dinette shattered. I ended up having several telephone calls with Lance employees regarding a window replacement. I needed the camper's serial number in order to determine which exact window was needed, I want to acknowledge the helpfulness and professionalism of two employees: "Audra" in "Service" who confirmed my camper's manufacture date and looked up it's serial number in less than two minutes. "Steven H." in "Parts" who answered my call at 4:59 on a Friday afternoon, and then very carefully researched the window's manufacturer and the distributor (they are different) despite Lance not having used this particular window in years. OUTSTANDING customer service by both "Audra" and "Steven." However, "Joseph" in "Customer Service" was no help at all. I told him I had been there with the camper for service before and asked if he could look up my camper's serial number? "Joseph" related his computer did not have that information. I asked if the "Service Department" would have it and he laughed saying the information was not available and that I would have to research my records. "Joseph" in "Customer Service" couldn't get me off the of phone fast enough. I'm sure he had important stuff to do on his personal smartphone! Useless! I had to hang-up, call back and transfer to the "Service Department," where "Audra" looked up the information in minutes! Side note: The window I need is no longer being manufactured. To have a similar custom replacement window made is $1,000 to $2,000 depending of which style window I chose to replace it with. That is problem with having a older camper. read more

Bought a brand new 2020 Lance 1685 after doing a lot of research. Went with Lance as reviews were very positive on the quality. After having the trailer for only 3 months got ready for a nice relaxing labor day weekend camping. But had to cancel as the slideout mechanism after only 3 months and minimal use broke. The trailer has been in the shop since before labor day weekend and is still not fixed as unable to get parts from Lance. Paid over 40K for what was suppose to be a high quality product and got a 40K Lemon that the dealer has had almost as long as I have. Ok slide out finally fixed after 2 months and now the battery's won't charge. Have to return it to the dealer to now look at why the battery's won't charge. BRAND new trailer and one problem after the other. If Lance is suppose to be one of the top trailers built it doesn't say much for the trailer industry as a whole. read more

On June 15, 2020, we drove all the way to Camperland to buy a Lance camper, model #1062. Since then...... The default code for the refrigerator came on indicating there was a flame where there should be no flame The battery drained for no apparent reason while it was parked in the driveway. The default code came up as a DB. The monitor showing the battery display shows only one batter when there are two. The Lance logo blew off before we even got it home. The camper is missing the sticker with the manufacturer's info and the serial number. We're still waiting for that. Most recently, the fan vent is leaking. There is now water damage to the seat cushions, the rug, and the wood trim. We called today to have it repaired and the first date we can get is February 24th, with no expected date of completion. And who knows how long they'll have it, as they had it for 6 weeks the last time we took it in. (see below). Rain is also predicted for next week. In the meantime, there's the risk of mildew since we have no way to dry out the cushions or the carpet. Wel took it to Richardson's RV to see if they could find the problem with the refrigerator. They had it for six weeks. We received a recall for the stove for a gas leak on 12/8/20. To date, they are still waiting for parts. We contacted Dometic in regards to the recall and they stated there are no parts available. We have no idea when this problem will be fixed. Personally, I no longer feel safe in this camper. This is the worst purchase we've ever made. And we've only used it ONCE for six days. It's been in the shop more than on the road. read more

Had to bring my truck camper back 3 times for basically the same repair. Slide out not working properly. Mike the service manager is far from that. Its obvious the other advisers work with him. All 3 times i picked up the camper there was no follow up on what they fixed and how they did it. No one even talked to me period except the cashier.Loading a truck camper is a little tricky and 2 sets of eyes are nice. All 3 times no one even asked if i need help! I even saw Mike in the shop and he saw me but still no offer to help or explain what they might have fixed for the 3rd time, he hid.There were customers in the parking lot and they offered to helped me load the camper and away i went. I would NEVER return to this place ever again. I had to because of the warranty work, but nothing other than that. Good Luck! read more

I had a number of factory issues with my 2017 Lance 2155. The microwave was mounted in the cabinet improperly and fell loose, two of the vent screens were not screwed in, the center island cabinet drawer glides were installed wrong, and the factory did not seal one of the slide outs. First rain and the interior floor flooded. Lance refused to cover the factory seal issue since it was outside the warranty. The quality control does not exist and the response to customers is appalling. The management refused to pay for a $150 seal and caulking when they were the ones who made the error. I will never buy Lance again. Poor quality and lousy customer service! Sorry but it's true! I got a lemon! read more

Bought a 2019 2465 that was brand new. 2 weeks after purchase while packing for its first trip the main door hinge broke, found table to be loose, fridge door latch broke, and roof rack was not bolted down completely. Took 1.5 months to get the repairs made, but the door is not 100%. Have been fighting with Lance to replace the door for 102 days now and still not done. It's ridiculous that I have to fight with warranty to fix a brand new trailer that I have not gotten to use yet in 3 months of ownership. At this point I will never purchase another Lance product and will let everyone I come across know to stay away from this company that wont stand behind their "quality" product. read more

I was sorry to see all of the negative reviews on here. We had a great experience. We purchased a brand new model Lance Trailer (2155) with two sliders and a kitchen island. We figured since it was one of the first off of the Assembly Line it would have some kinks. We made a list of the problems we encountered and took it down to Lancaster. Janine, at the front desk of the Service Dept was so nice. We really enjoyed chatting with her. Everyone that worked on our trailer was awesome and they fixed everything on our list. Before we left, the General Manager came and thanked us for buying a Lance Trailer and apologized for us having to bring it back. We were very impressed and very happy that we bought another Lance. This is a beautiful trailer and we love it!!! read more

We have. 2002 slide in we bought brand new. Initially had some issues but were all fixed promptly by dealer at the time. It is now 19 years old and with care and maintenance will hopefully last a while longer. Love the storage space the newer ones don't have. I would not pay $60,000 for a new one. My 2020 Lance 825 truck camper, winterized and in storage was unfortunately vandalized resulting in a bashed in door handle mechanism. Fortunately that was the extent of the damage but the beginning of a nightmare. The cost to replace the door was less than the 1K deductible from insurance. The total cost including delivery was a bit under. I've been waiting for 3 months for the replacement door to arrive, received a notice saying it had been shipped, my cc charged and an estimated delivery date which has changed twice. I've tried to contact UPS which is about the same as trying to contact someone on Mars. I discovered that the door was shipped to the wrong address but not delivered. When I realized the error and did another tracking search indicating that it was in transit and to check back tomorrow for more info only to check back the day after and the day after that and get the same message. I've sent emails and left phone messages with Lance mfg and have had no response. It seems that the new model of customer service is an oxymoron. Call, select an option, get transferred and then cut off. I've tried in vain to correct the mistake via the UPS my choice but have hit a dead end there as well. It's a sad state of affairs in this world we live in where a business is happy to take your money but unable to provide assistance when needed. Everyone says it's because of the pandemic which I think is to some degree true but has now turned into a blanket excuse for just about every enterprise who fails on some level to provide services. read more

They installed a vent on my roof of RV, but did not re-install the rubber roof membrane correctly. They left a 1/2" to 1" gap between the vent and the roof, not discovered until I drove from California to Florida this summer, and it is raining a lot in Florida. My roof started leaking to the inside of the coach. I contacted Mike Williams at Lance, and he tod me to have the RV to prevent further water from entering the coach. I took it to a reputable RV repair facility. That facility advised me that the entire interior of the roof was saturated and decaying; requiring complete removal and replacing. I immediately called Lance to advise him of the full report. The roof could not simply be patched, and if I did not repair the roof immediately, it would begin to mold. Lance said that Mr. Mike Williams was there but "stepped out," and would be back. I called several more times and left messages. Still no response. As the entire coach was in danger of becoming quickly worthless due to the rotting roof and mold, I made the decision to do the repairs as needed. Lance is now saying they will not pay; and I am holding the bag for the $6,000 new membrane, repairs and drying the coach. They lied, as well as did extremely poor, shoddy work in installing the new roof Fan. BTW they also changed my oil on the Motorhome and left the oil cap off. I discovered this 500 miles later. I am in the process of hiring an attorney. Never use Lance Service!!!! read more

With camping season around the corner, I thought I'd give my opinion about Lance campers, Lance corporate and Lance dealerships - stay away! We purchased a 2019 11 foot-11 inch with 2 bump outs in January 2019. The dealership in Tacoma assured us it was winterized - it was not. We had to replace tubing and fixtures in the bathroom - at OUR expense; next - first time out in February 2019 - the skylight unit blew off as we were traveling. Corporate said it was something WE did (I guess they're correct - WE bought a Lance camper!)! It was in February - snow, cold - would we have opened the skylight? I think NOT! The bump outs don't line up right and the pleather on the back bump out is worn. We now put a blanket down so it doesn't rub. Last issue our RV repair shop told us about rust on roof luggage rack which we now have to address so we don't have water leaking in. We had contacted both corporate and the dealership and basically were told "too bad"! You spend $40k on a camper - you expect a bit more. Never again and never would I recommend either Lance campers or the Tacoma dealership. Do your research folks and don't believe Lance's BS! Happy Camping not in a Lance. read more

I bought a 2019 1995. I have tried to use it 5 times. It has failed me twice. Last Friday 12/13/19. There was no heat, the slide out didn't work and there are many other minor issues. I live in Monterey county in California. I had to turn around from Parker AZ after the last failure, 260 plus the three hour drive back to Monterey. On the 18 they called and said it was ready,. I can come in anytim. I was there the next day at 8am after getting up at three am. I got there at 8am and they left me sitting until 10am. When the tech came out the heater still doesn't work. These people are rude. They have sold me $34k piece of garbage. They act like they are doing me a favor trying to fix their garbage. Like I said I got here at 8 am it's now 10:30 and they treat me like one the problem. There are also two other new rigs that have already come in with problems. The company Lance was sold in 2018. The new company rev group had made changes. The Lance name no longer represents the quality products of the past. read more

We have a Lance travel trailer 1575 and did not purchase it at this dealership, however, it seems that people are unhappy with the dealership. I am writing my review of the trailer itself, and one has to consider when driving a "mobile living space", that things will shake, rattle and roll. Occasionally you will need to take a screwdriver or wrench to something, which we do and add a little Loc-tite. We do the same to things that break in our bricks and sticks home as well as our vehicles.. The trailer we have had for 2 years has travelled over 25,000 miles with my husband, myself and our 4 dogs, and it has been a wonderful enhancement to our lives. I think some people may have unrealistic expectations of a moving vehicle. I don't know about this dealership, however the Lance Company has directly answered my calls and has been wonderful in returning our calls. Don't blame the trailer for the dealership. read more

My husband and I bought a Lance trailer in the middle of June, 2020. We had heard that Lance was a great product and good quality. The trailer is of appears to be of good quality, but we have had some issues, so now we are not totally sold on LANCE TRAILERS. We have had an issue with one of the stove knobs in the trailer (a minor issue), which is a Dometic product, so not really Lance, but we have also had 2 issues with the Dometic refrigerator, which is in the trailer, so I consider it Lance's problem. The refrigerator has kept us from using our trailer. Both times the refrigerator issue was due to the thermal fuse that is in the back of the unit. The fuse went out twice while we were on a 2 week road trip. The first time we found a repair shop that replaced the fuse right away, and the tech confirmed that this fuse is an issue and had been on recall. On the same trip, the fuse went out again and we had to use ice chests for a week while we finished our trip because we could not find a repair shop. It took us a month to get an appointment once we returned home for the second fuse outage and then a week in the repair shop only to have the second tech confirm that once again it was the thermal fuse. While on the same trip, the mirrored door fell off of the medicine cabinet and this had to be repaired. Okay, things happen and there wasn't any damage. But, we just returned from a 2 day trip that was only an hour's drive away only to discover that while we were driving home, the closet door broke away from the wall and flew across the room and landed on the bed. There was some damage done to the door as well as to other doors. We do not drive fast and were not on any dangerous roads so it was not an issue of driving. The door falling away from the wall is a result of poor workmanship and construction by Lance . WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH OUR LANCE TRAILER and they need to fix it. The interior of the trailer appears to be made with good quality material. This may be a fluke thing, but it makes me wonder if we made a wise decision in buying a LANCE product. Seeing all the negative reviews here compelled me to write our experiences over the last two years with both our 2014 Lance 1985 and Lance repair in Lancaster California. We have used the trailer extensively throughout the time we've owned it and have enjoyed everything about it. It came well appointed with many features included as "standard" equipment that other brands charged as options. The trailer was extremely well put together and the only problem we had was identified by the factory as a defect in manufacturing and was fixed expeditiously by Lance repair. I realize that disgruntled owners that have an axe to grind are commonly found on these consumer websites. I feel that any RV is likely to have a problem or two.........it's simply the nature of the beast and it has nothing to do with how much one pays for their rig. For every owner that suffers from a poorly assembled RV, there are countless owners who have problem free rigs..........they just don't ever speak up. How a manufacturer deals with problems speaks volumes as to their integrity. Lance stepped up to the plate and took good care of us and worked around our schedules. They fixed it better than new and it has remained problem free ever since. Lance is a very high quality manufacturer and are constantly upgrading their line to keep up or stay ahead of current trends. If you're looking at Lance products along with other brands, you will see the quality difference as soon as you step foot inside. Happy hunting and happy camping. read more

I purchased a new 2014 model Lance 2185 trailer in June 2015. On our first trip to a campground with full hookups I woke up at two in the morning to find the entire cabin flooded. I turned off the water at the source (and yes I used a pressure reducer.) The next day I found the leak under the sink at the connection of the cold water to the faucet. I fixed it myself with a new band clamp properly applied. Meanwhile the carpeting under the bed and along the walls was soaked. Then I found that the 110 V outlets didn't work so no coffee for me that trip. When I got home I tested the outlets and found the ground and hot reversed according to my tester. At home I hooked the trailer up to shore power and water to test my repair. After two days I noticed water dripping from under the trailer. My original repair was intact but there was a small amount of water at the lowest point of the cabin and the front storage compartment was wet. I took it to Lance Service in Lancaster and they told me the electrical problem was due to a defective GFCI socket, which may or may not have been true given my test findings, and that there was no leak. I insisted that they put the system under pressure for a whole day, and they finally found the leak, again at a connection, under the shower enclosure. They had to cut a hole in the base of the shower to fix it. On my second trip, I decided to go "dry camping" without hookups. I sanitized the freshwater system per the instruction manual, and at the time of filling the tank there was a leak where the fill tube meets the trailer wall and again the cabin was flooded. I found a work-around by pushing the Camco tubing further into the trailer fill tube and filling very slowly, since the seems to be no air release mechanism built into the system. On our first day at camp, the freshwater system failed. The pump ran but there was no output. I removed the pump filter to see if it was clogged and found some pieces of clear plastic in it. I replaced the cleaned filter without success and concluded the intake tube was probably blocked between the tank and the filter by additional plastic debris which is undoubtedly a byproduct of production. Our second camping trip ruined, I dropped the trailer again in Lancaster. When I called the service manager, he told me that all of my problems were minor (since it wasn't his two summer vacations which were ruined) and normal and they would get to it in about a week. In my opinion, not only is this terrible customer relations, but is indicative of a corporate culture which is arrogant and won't accept responsibility for shoddy workmanship and lack of quality control during the manufacturing process. There is no reason for a new vehicle to have that many system failures and other problems. If this was a car it would be replaced under the "lemon law." read more

We were very excited to buy our second travel trailer, from Lance, in fall of 2017. Ours is a 2018 1685. It is comfortable and tows well, and we've used it 60 some days since purchase. But a number of things have gone wrong, some of which could be chalked up to maintenance, but others are intrinsic flaws. I could be that parts in the RV world are just sourced and supplied on the cheap. -The front window shade and screen failed after just a few uses. Neither the shade nor the screen are operable so we leave both shut. -The 'fridge failed to work properly right from the get go. After a $200 repair locally they told us it was shipped with dirty propane. The dealer's fault I guess (Richard's Boat and RV, Lancaster, CA - avoid). -The microwave vibrated out of its enclosure. -The end caps of the awning have fallen off and been replaced twice. This is a clear, can't be forgiven manufacturer's flaw and should be covered under warranty. -The kitchen sink faucet fixture stripped out and needed to be replaced (this is the only problem that Lance has actually replaced on warranty). -The electric conversion center vibrates out of its housing. -The drawers open in transit (on highways). -Another blind failed. -The skylight cracked and leaks just out of warranty. I have a replacement to install, it cost around $100. -The bumper caps fell off. -The electric jack cracked. Yes, some of these problems might have been covered under warranty, but it's a six hour round trip for us to take the trailer down for service. I have had absolutely nothing wrong with my 2014 1685. The items under warranty are being taken care of as I type this. They've been nothing but accommodating, professional and easy to work with. Plus they make a great TT and TC (and Toy Hauler) too read more

My parents had to have their trailer there for over a month because Lance's didn't have time to complete the work because they were busy with other people. During that time several things were stolen from inside their trailer, two lanterns, an ihome, an inverter for the tv, and a subwoofer speaker. Of course, these are all they know about so far. In my judgement the service is terrible and would never recommend it to anyone! read more
