He works…read moreoff of Greenwood just down the street now* No one wants to have medical issues when on vacation but when something has to be done, it's always good to make sure you know you have somewhere to go. Being on vacation in Hilton Head, I had zero clue. I've been coming to the island for years but never needed anything large or small. My girlfriend came with me for the first time and she had a minor ingrown toenail that exponentially grew to be very problematic. So much so that she couldn't walk without terrible sharp pains. She usually takes care of them herself but she said it was too deep to clip or felt like it had broken off and was wedged under the skin. There's literally no podiatrist on the island and if there is one they don't take new patients. Not even just off the island. Came across this place which is Dr. Patrick Jordan's primary office and an urgent treatment center as well that he operates out of. Pretty skeptical at first on expectations but a few things helped out: 1) Erin, nice lady who worked the front, was exceptionally nice and made sure to find the answer to all of our questions. She also gave proper expectations on wait time and allowed us to temporarily leave to grab food while we wait. Thank you! 2) Dr Jordan was very reassuring to us about how he can take care of the nail and no podiatrist is needed. He explained every step from numbing, to deep clipping, wrapping and next steps for when we leave. He used the same procedure to get rid of the problem as the podiatrist that worked on me years back which went exceptionally well. Dr Jordan for the nail out, cleaned the area, made sure there no infections starting and sent us on our way to enjoy the rest of our vacation. It's been a few days and the area is healing quite nicely; the pain has fallen significantly and she's able to be mobile like he said. If anyone needs any medical treatment that is not an emergency, Dr Jordans office is the place to go on the island.

I like the concept that she is providing in healthcare. With an annual membership you get unlimited visits, 2 sets of labs and most medications at cost from the office dispensary for a set price with no surprise costs to be concerned about. This has made medical care affordable for me while enjoying the experience of no long waits and getting in quickly. Her assistant, Sharon, is a great asset in the office to schedule appointments, take your vitals and draw your labs. She's very personable and always smiling. Dr. Lavallee has been more than a physician to me. She's helped me get through some of the most difficult times life has presented me. They were ignorant to the knowledge of her condition. Sent her home when she wasn't supposed to be sent home at ninety six years old. The hospital is unclean and dirty.The emergency room is nasty, unhealthy unsanitized.The cafeteria is nasty, the tables the floors.The food is nasty. Don't unless you want to catch something, or if you want to die in the lobby. They have a they don't care, nasty attitude. I think the whole system need to be rewritten and redirected, because it's horrible.
