They have a wide range of inflatables - everything from themed bounce houses to huge water slides.  There is something for any party. The delivery and pickup were prompt.  We were so happy when they called a couple days before the party and said they would be setting up earlier than previously plan.  Man the kids were excited to have a few more hours to bounce! Update from after our party: This was a great and reasonable place for our 2 year olds birthday party. You could invite 15 kids and no charge for their adults. They ordered our pizza for us so we didn't have to pick it up or sign for it (we did still pay for it and chose what to get from Pescis Pizza) You're able to decorate the room 15 mins before the start of your party. We brought in a cooler of drinks for the guests and cupcakes. That along with the pizza felt like enough time for our 45mins in the room after bouncing for an hour. We had kids ranging from 2-10 and I think all the kids had a blast. They texted me a few days prior to check in and provide electronic waivers for guests to fill out prior and reminded to have everyone wear socks. For this party, we ended up needing delivery out to Cheektowaga, which the previous company would not do. I did a quick search and found Big City and we quickly got in contact with them because they delivered. There was no crazy deposit, they dropped everything off the day before and picked up everything after the party was over. Solid rental price, delivery and more importantly, great customer service. He lifted up the cover and showed me after I told him the machine ran hot to the touch and had to keep on shutting machine off to cool off. He should of told me what was going on with it when I was charged $467.00. Again the machine was in deplorable condition. You mentioned it's all about customer satisfaction and how long you have been in business. How about compensating me for the money I spent like giving me half off? I couldn't even finish the job with this machine. Had to dig by hand.
