Lana is AMAZING! She has saved my hair and my confidence. I have experienced hair loss (which was hard to deal with as I'm still in my 20s) and started to coming to Lana about a year ago for extensions. It was VERY important to me that my hair stylist work in a private place where I wouldn't see anyone I know, so Lana is a good fit. I also sometimes get nervous when getting my hair done because my hair is such a sensitive subject for me, and Lana is so kind and easy to talk to that it helps me feel more comfortable. She also always brings me starbucks/panera/other snacks and lets me watch whatever on tv to help me feel more relaxed. Her space is also very soothing/calming which is nice, and she cleans it between each client which was important to me more now that there is covid to consider. I came to Lana to purchase some hair and ended up switching hair stylists and had her install fusion hair extensions. Prior to this I had only done the microlink method which was too stressful for my hair now. Lana reassured me that this method was not going to damage my hair like the other methods that I had used before. And it's been great. I'm going on my fourth month with these extensions (with regular monthly maintenance) and I'm very pleased with them. They feel so incredibly natural, my hair flows very nicely, no hair matting whatsoever, it doesn't look or feel like "extensions". You can tease the hair, style it, wash it often, sleep comfortably without feeling them. And on top of all of this, Lana is very sweet. She offers snacks and takes care of her customers which I find very unusual in today's culture. She's a great person who is not doing it just for the money. She honestly cares about your hair. The price was good considering how many things were thrown into the mix. And she uses olaplex! Which prevents your hair from damage when dyeing it. I'm very pleased with Lana and her service. If I could rate this more than 10000x stars I would in less than a heart beat. I have never had someone more loving and understanding than Lana is to take care of my hair. It's a very calming and comforting environment when you sit in her chair, and she makes you feel at home which is someone I absolutely love. She's what I call my hair mom. I've never met someone who is more open minded and sweet than when I've sat talking for hours while she's put in my extensions. She knows exactly how my hair is and how to take care of it without damaging it more than it was when we first met. When I first came to her, my hair was box dyed bright red, short, fried(damaged) and my hair disorder trichotillomania (a hair disorder where you pull/rip your hair out) was getting worse. Within the last couple of months I have been able to control myself from pulling more and I have no one else to thank for that but Lana. With the amazing extensions she puts in to the quality of the hair and service, I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. I don't ever plan on going to anyone else. WOW -- that is my first initial reaction. I have been to MANY salons. High end, middle, at stylists homes, etc. I have also been getting hair extensions for over 10 years. So, I have had a lot of experience with salons and extensions. I knew she used hair dreams and that has been the only company that I have liked over the years. I believe it is very important to use extensions that are like your hair texture. Mine is very fine so using indian hair or asian hair did not work out well. I am EXTREMELY picky about my hair and I have to admit I was VERY nervous going into the appointment because she was coloring my hair, and putting extensions in and they aren't cheap. But, Lana totally went above and beyond my expectations. First, she was SOOOOOOO sweet and accommodating. She TRULY cares about her clients needs and wants and REALLY listens. She always asked if I was doing OK, if I needed anything to drink, go to the bathroom, etc. She even had her husband go out and make us a starbucks run... I mean come on what hair dresser does that??? Lets now talk about her skills. I came in with brassy blonde hair, bad roots and I wanted a DRAMATIC change. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she was very confident that we could achieve the look. I've been to hair stylists that could NOT get my hair dark (no idea why but it's difficult for some stylists to achieve it). And she achieved exactly what I wanted. She is worth EVERY penny. Hair extensions and coloring aren't cheap, but when you find a stylist you are comfortable with and makes you look like a million bucks... TOTALLY worth it. After searching yelp hairstylists/salons for a last minute 7am hair style appointment, I contacted Lana via email asking about pricing. Five minutes later I found it clearly listed on her website. She replied graciously to my questions with out pointing out that I am a dope. We moved to communicating via text message, which I consider a plus!She was very prompt in replying to my questions even when I was not prompt in return. I got lucky that everything kinda fell into place for my appointment. Lana was flexible and also did a great job on my hair! I only needed curls for an important event but it was worth it. I went to Lana's to get an ombre. I have dark hair and she made it orange from the ear level down. I knew about a third of the way in at a couple hours we were in trouble but what do you do? leave with 1/3 of my head bleached? I should have because the damage would have been less significant. It cost almost twice as much to get it fixed and I had to live with severely damaged hair until I could get it cut off. I feel bad because she was super nice but I don't think her skill level is what I needed. read more

Lana is absolutely amazing at the hair extensions. I have been to her time after time and would never go anywhere different. The extensions last a long time and look amazing. She also makes you feel so at home when you go to her home salon. I have always wanted long hair and now I have my dream hair. Always offers snacks and drinks and is a very nice person. Been looking for hair extension salon for my daughter. After our consultation with Lana, we decided to cancel our consultations with other places since Lana met the criteria we are looking for. She is knowledgable with what she is doing, gave us different options for hair extensions and fair pricing. She was very tedious when putting each strand on my daughter's hair, she made sure it looked natural and didn't mind the 8 hours of work as long as she gets her work done beautifully. My daughter didn't mind either because Lana was so accommodating to her even feeding her which was totally unexpected. Now where do you find a stylist like that? We left her place not just finding a treasured stylist but also a friend since she will take care of you even if you already stepped out her door.
