Vegetarian - crispy and fresh salad. Portion enough for 3 people
Ron R.

*** Vegetarian Review *** With so many options in town, how do you stand out? Great and friendly service and offer a unique, flavorful cauliflower crust. Tip - it's cheaper to just order the vegetarian pizza and remove what toppings you want. I was ordering a pizza, named all my toppings, and the server just said it's cheaper to order their vegetarian and exclude. Thanks for the money saving tip. Plenty of parking here. Outside seating for those beautiful Davis summer evenings. Inside seating has views of TVs from all angles for year round sports fans. My pizza (Grade A+) Onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, and fresh tomatoes on a cauliflower crust. I like to do half sauce - red and creamy garlic. It's like 2 pizzas in one. You'll notice this cauliflower crust is so much better than Blaze. It's a little sweet and the texture is perfect. If you like your crust with a little bite, just order as is. If you like wimpy crust - the kind that droops when you pick it up, just tell them. Mozzarella sticks (Grade A) Comes with 6 so enough to share with 2 people. They give you a red sauce and ranch. They pass the "pull-test" and are a great appetizer. Are they special? No. But they are consistenly good. I've ordered these at least 4 times and everytime, they come out hot with a crispy coating. Salad (Grade A) The ingredients are fresh and crispy. The croutons were a little too crunchy for my liking, but that may mean they make these in-house. (not sure though). Comes with 2 solo cups of the dressing of your choice. Portion size is good enough for 3 people. Cheese Bread (Grade A+) - 5 pieces and so good. If you are a fan of Little Ceasars crazy bread, stop what you're doing and give these a try. They have the right amount of cheese so it's not overwhelming and the bread has a soft interior and crunchy edges. It passes the crunchy and gooey test. Bottom line - fast and friendy service. They have a rewards program so don't forget to add your phone number. They also do activities for the community so that's always a plus and a reason to support them.

Cauliflower crust with pesto sauce, grilled chicken, red onion, and bacon bits. Yummers.

Dropped in to get a keto friendly pizza fix. The cauliflower pizza crust was amazing! Fresh ingredients, a nice crisp/sturdy crust, and all the pizza greatness with limited carbs. We can't wait to go back to try more. Great food, friendly staff, and all together a welcoming/comfy establishment.

Ambiance: a dark pizza parlor with both seats and a beautiful pizza aroma that spread around the room. Service: I ordered a Togo pizza at the counter and the service was nice. Food: I ordered a personal sized the whole nine yards after it was recommended to me by the server. The pizza had everything you want. A good crunchy texture from the fresh vegetables. The flavorful and fatty bacon bits from the pepperoni and bacon bits. Lastly the airy bread. I did not expect this much quality from a chain pizza place. Highly recommend.

Got off the Amtrak and got a pizza here once. Felt weird paying for slices when I usually eat whole pizzas. Good though.

Yummy! Great pizza, great staff, great delivery! I also love their sandos and salads. Best pizza place in Davis! Not too pricey either.

There are usually "Theme" nights that are always fun! They also do Banda nights occasionally on Friday's that most times have full Live Banda Bands. Thursday and Saturday is 18+ nights, so it's nice for younger college students to still be able to get out and have fun with friends. The bar area is blocked off and you can only get in if you have a wrist band so while you drink you aren't getting harassed by underage patrons while enjoying a drink. DJs are all pretty solid and play club hits. They do have a cover charge but it's worth it and pretty much every other club/bar outside of Sacramento. There are free tickets on Poppin or their text chain that sends you 2 texts a week, usually with a free cover if you show it to the cashier. They do have a dress code. Which is super understandable. There are so many places outside of Davis that have dress codes so just dress like you're going out on the town. Also: if you are underage and trying to use a fake ID... don't! Security staff will spot it right away and you won't get it back. Go down to G.st if you wanna use it lol

Seemed like a nice variety of draft beers to choose from but the drafts werent working so I settled for a bottle of Lucky Buddha. Plenty of TVs with sports on, and in the back, another large area that had older video games, some pool tavles and some electronic dartboards in the corner. There is a BBQ inside that had some dishes I want to go back and try. I can see myself easily coming into this place to hang out for a couple hours and having a good time

The bartenders serve you with a smile and there's always a lively group of patrons mingling. Pool tables sit near the restroom if you can manage to secure one. Don't get your hopes up though; it seems like a finders-keepers type of situation once people occupy the tables. I didn't feel like anything particularly stood out about this place. Some reasons are inherent to its location in the heart of a college town; there's always competition with other neighboring bars. Also, most undergrads don't bat an eye at the ambiance as long as alcohol and music are involved. But some of the reasons are self-inflicted... the dance floor needs more space and the DJ sounded like he had a generic club playlist on shuffle. Forgot to close my tab so I met the bartender the next morning with a lovely 20% surcharge. I know that's the standard for many bars (even though I see it as a mere cash grab), but 20% feels like such an insult for the subpar experience here. If you're a student at UC Davis, you should still give this place a visit. I'm sure it's a blast for the average 21 year old. It's also a ritual in your undergrad years: experiencing the crappy club scene in order to learn how overrated it is.

The lemoncello martini leans very sweet, almost like a sugar bomb, so it really depends on your preference. Food-wise, stick to what they do best. The steaks are solid, and this is absolutely a spot to order the prime rib, especially if you catch the Saturday special. On the other hand, the shrimp scampi was underwhelming and pretty basic, with shrimp that could have used more seasoning. Do not skip the gelato counter. The pistachio and peanut butter gelato are a must. Overall, a fun, casual spot with a unique atmosphere. Come for the steaks and beer, skip the seafood pasta and save room for gelato.
