I cancelled but haven't received my refund. I'm not getting anywhere to receive it as hotels.com won't back the cancellation policy, hotel marceline won't answer their phone for them either and hotel marceline keeps stating a refund was sent that day but my bank looked into it and nothing has been attempted to be refunded. Don't book here if there is even a slight chance of having to cancel as you will be out the money. It doesn't matter if it says you can cancel they won't honor it.

Plenty of close grassy areas for your dog to go potty, as well as grassy areas a bit further away for more privacy. Also I love that the dog rooms were all on the first floor. The front desk staff were so friendly and professional. Our keycard wasn't working at first and before we even asked for another one, he already had 2 more for us! The breakfast was impressive- there was REAL bacon, mini cheese omelets, tater tots, delicious fresh waffles, and a variety of juices and other baked goods. Also, oatmeal with toppings. There were also a variety of condiments and spreads to choose from. In our room, we were surprised to have a Keurig with good-quality K-cups, Green Mountain brand. Our room was so quiet and we could not hear any talking from other rooms, except doors closing but it wasn't as loud as it usually is when we've stayed at other hotels.
