They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs. While they are quite busy, I really appreciated their work ethic and their skills.

I had a very loud sound in my car and I'd had it for about a month. It was getting worse, I thought it was maybe something wrong with the head gasket or exhaust or something. I brought it in and they diagnosed it as a problem with my heat, shield and corrected it for basically the cost of the $45 inspection fee. While I was there, I decided to get other things done. I got a full synthetic oil change. I got a coolant flush And fill, I got a replaced engine oil, pressure switch, and replaced headlight bulb. The way they do estimates and pricing is very transparent and there's not really any pressure at all to get unneeded services. The full synthetic oil changed for example, was actually cheaper than every other place. I've gotten that done by about $12. They were incredibly customer service oriented. They offered to send me home in a rideshare vehicle and pick me up later, but I decided to work in their lounge area and just use their Wi-Fi, which worked great. The repairs were done pretty quickly for all that they were doing, and I was surprised at the end that my car was washed because they hadn't even mentioned that shop manager guy Darius even offered to get me a Diet Coke when he was out and about and I just was very impressed with the vibe of the whole place there technical expertise and Customer service. I was very impressed with the place as a whole and will definitely be back. The cats are an awesome addition and are obviously well taken care of as well.

They said that was partly because it was in such good shape that there wasn't a lot to investigate, so very good news. The other thing I noticed was that I was treated with respect and given a rundown of the results. This has not always been my experience as an older female at other places. I always start with Yelp reading many many many reviews 1-2 hours, going way back reading reviews for companies I like is essential. Yes a LOT of work but well worth it. I decided upon North Star Car Wash (about 25 minutes from home) because of the 12 reviews/ all 5 stars/ emphasis upon " great thorough hand wash" and "great value ( Deluxe wash $20)". 1.Right off 694 and not far from 35W. VERY easy commute. 2. Appears like a small family Hispanic operation of EXTREMELY hard hard fast thorough workers 3. Starts with a high pressure soap blaster handled by the female owner along with a fellow furiously scrubbing the car with a long handled soap dispensing 12 inch wide brush. 4. You remain in the car Neutral, and the top massive huge moving brush/ mop ( with wide thick fabric pieces) most thoroughly scrubs the car top and top sides ( rare in car washes) while side brushes simultaneously hit the car sides. Very GOOD scrub. 5. Next I liked the thorough rinse then the MANY powerful air blasters ( more than normal) drying the car 6. Two fellows at the end RAPIDLY and so thoroughly hand wiped the car dry. 7. I was MOST thrilled by the TOP quality rare beautiful wax shine on my car. With a black car, I have always always sought out top quality wax for my car. Very excellent!! The entire staff kept up a consistent very high level of intense energy/ super hard efforts working on my car. They definitely go home each night wiped out! GREAT GREAT job, truly excellent rare wash. I shall be a new intensely loyal customer for years to come!!
