They never once sent me a bill in the mail. I had a card on file for payment all of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. Closed that card just a couple of months prior. They said my bill was in their online portal. I said I don't have access. I reported login issues two visits ago to the front desk. They said oh that's the old system. We have a new one. I said even better because then I truly don't have access to your new system you never told me about and you never mailed me any bill. They hung up on me twice during this process. I paid the bill and never will return. You can't send someone to collections without sending them a bill. Also, send me a bill after my visit like within the month. NOT a year later. My primary care doctor has a bill in the mail to me the same week I see them. I've never had a doctor's office send bills a year after the appointment in another calendar year. I also asked their billing staff if their doctor knew this was how they were handling their billing. Of course I wasn't allowed to speak to her. So hey Dr. Rhonda Rogers if you're reading this I am no longer a patient due to your billing staff and practice.

On the day of my appointment I went in and the staff seemed to be friendly. When I went back to the room, the assistant handed me a gown to put on and left the room. A few minutes later a lady walked in with a nurse and said she was the dermatologist's assistant. She looked at my back and said " I don't know what it is it could be several things. How bad does it itch on a e of 1-10." I said a 9 1/2. She said I will give you a prescription for some cream for the itching. She said if you get anymore bumps cover them with a bandaid to keep from scratching them and come back. I told her I had some places on my skin I would like for her to check that I wanted to make sure they were not skin cancer. She took a quick look and said "They are fine" and walked out the door. She was in and out in less than 2 minutes. Didn't seem to care all. You would have thought she was about to miss a flight! If you need a dermatologist I would suggest going somewhere else!

Obviously still thinks shes in the army. I was quoted 2k for a full treatment. After 12 treatments i was asked to pay $100 for additional treatments. Had i have known this in the beginning i would have never stepped foot in the door. They're easy payment plan and sales pitch is what lures one in. If they did what they said they would do it would be a highly recommended practice. Ive known many people to leave them for the same reason. I just want to help others not get manipulated and lied to like i did

This week he wanted to see my eldest son to f/u & swab him for strep. HORRIBLE experience with this doctor. He wouldn't do the swab. Seemed like he couldn't be bothered. I probably should've prefaced this with the fact that I worked as a CMA at Wellstar ENT for many years and I have never met a doctor who was that incompetent. My son is nine years old. He gets swabbed all the time. Urgent care and his pediatric office do this often. Dr. Harper had two openings to get the swab to the back of the throat and do a figure 8 (just basic swab) and seemed flustered so didn't do it. He just couldn't be bothered. I offered to do it myself and he brushed me off. (I've swabbed him at other offices). He also yelled at my 4 year old child. I thought he SEEMED nice but I've worked with many doctors throughout the years and Dr. Harper seems young and arrogant. I would not let him treat my child or family member. So BEWARE, he's very charming but obviously ill equipped. The director called me after the "incident" to apologize or appoint us with another doctor but didn't seem too sincere. Would NOT recommend this office. I recommend going elsewhere.

It is convenient they have a sound booth and testing technician on staff, next to no waiting. I see Paige L., PhD for my audiology needs. She is an incredible expert in hearing technology. The front staff are not in a hurry to do anything. I am not sure what that is about. They have been extremely kind to me while running my card through 5 times because the reader was wonky. Mail to go out seems to sit on desks for a long time before it actually makes it to the post. This has been an issue for years. I believe I get excellent care from Dr Pitts and stellar care from Paige. Wait time can vary, but I haven't had exceptional wait times. I keep going there, so they must be doing things right. Hold on to your checkbook if you need hearing aids. But that is true wherever you go. The lifetime batteries and in-office service is a big pro.
