Service is fine. But billing is a nightmare! Two years ago we paid our bill for a service. The…read morecheck cleared my bank and thought nothing of it until today when I got a letter from a collection agency. The company took my payment and never credited my account. The individual who answered the phone said that they do not accept online bill pay and you must send in a check yourself or use their online portal. But that is not noted on any of their bills. If they didn't accept online bill pay checks, why did they cash mine? Regardless it seems like a scam, and you just cannot trust this company and their billing.
