No sun screen allowed as it destroys coral beds. Skin cancers became common in even teenagers. I moved here to West Georgia in 2012. Dr Lamb was superb at diagnosing and removing my skin cancers. But now he's dead...so RIP Dr. Lamb!

And at 22 treatments i was asked pay $250 for additional treatments. I have no problems paying for a service but the terms were changed on me twice. Had i have known this in the beginning i would have never stepped foot in the door. They're easy payment plan and sales pitch is what lures one in. If they did what they said they would do it would be a highly recommended practice. Ive known many people to leave them for the same reason. This week he wanted to see my eldest son to f/u & swab him for strep. HORRIBLE experience with this doctor. He wouldn't do the swab. Seemed like he couldn't be bothered. I probably should've prefaced this with the fact that I worked as a CMA at Wellstar ENT for many years and I have never met a doctor who was that incompetent. My son is nine years old. He gets swabbed all the time. Urgent care and his pediatric office do this often. Dr. Harper had two openings to get the swab to the back of the throat and do a figure 8 (just basic swab) and seemed flustered so didn't do it. He just couldn't be bothered. I offered to do it myself and he brushed me off. (I've swabbed him at other offices). He also yelled at my 4 year old child. I thought he SEEMED nice but I've worked with many doctors throughout the years and Dr. Harper seems young and arrogant. I would not let him treat my child or family member. So BEWARE, he's very charming but obviously ill equipped. The director called me after the "incident" to apologize or appoint us with another doctor but didn't seem too sincere. Would NOT recommend this office. I recommend going elsewhere.

It is convenient they have a sound booth and testing technician on staff, next to no waiting. I see Paige L., PhD for my audiology needs. She is an incredible expert in hearing technology. The front staff are not in a hurry to do anything. I am not sure what that is about. They have been extremely kind to me while running my card through 5 times because the reader was wonky. Mail to go out seems to sit on desks for a long time before it actually makes it to the post. This has been an issue for years. I believe I get excellent care from Dr Pitts and stellar care from Paige. Wait time can vary, but I haven't had exceptional wait times. I keep going there, so they must be doing things right. Hold on to your checkbook if you need hearing aids. But that is true wherever you go. The lifetime batteries and in-office service is a big pro.
