After being a patient here for a few years I was shocked when I got a collections notice in the…read moremail a couple of months ago. My last appointment was a year prior in 2025!! They never once sent me a bill in the mail. I had a card on file for payment all of 2025 and the beginning of 2026. Closed that card just a couple of months prior. They said my bill was in their online portal. I said I don't have access. I reported login issues two visits ago to the front desk. They said oh that's the old system. We have a new one. I said even better because then I truly don't have access to your new system you never told me about and you never mailed me any bill. They hung up on me twice during this process. I paid the bill and never will return. You can't send someone to collections without sending them a bill. Also, send me a bill after my visit like within the month. NOT a year later. My primary care doctor has a bill in the mail to me the same week I see them. I've never had a doctor's office send bills a year after the appointment in another calendar year. I also asked their billing staff if their doctor knew this was how they were handling their billing. Of course I wasn't allowed to speak to her. So hey Dr. Rhonda Rogers if you're reading this I am no longer a patient due to your billing staff and practice.

Not taking insurance is a HUFE deal and should have been communicated before waiting in line. There are better, cheaper, and faster options elsewhere.

I wore UVA 50 and UVB 50 protection clothing...from full hat, wrap around neck and face covering, full length sleeves and long pants, gloves, socks and boat shoes. No sun screen allowed as it destroys coral beds. Skin cancers became common in even teenagers. I moved here to West Georgia in 2012. Dr Lamb was superb at diagnosing and removing my skin cancers. But now he's dead...so RIP Dr. Lamb!

Threw the weekend my legs still looked the same. I went to urgent care Monday 5/8 and they told me it was cellulitis. And gave me antibiotics for it. Obviously still thinks shes in the army. I was quoted 2k for a full treatment. After 12 treatments i was asked to pay $100 for additional treatments. And at 22 treatments i was asked pay $250 for additional treatments. I have no problems paying for a service but the terms were changed on me twice. Had i have known this in the beginning i would have never stepped foot in the door. They're easy payment plan and sales pitch is what lures one in. If they did what they said they would do it would be a highly recommended practice. Ive known many people to leave them for the same reason. This week he wanted to see my eldest son to f/u & swab him for strep. HORRIBLE experience with this doctor. He wouldn't do the swab. Seemed like he couldn't be bothered. I probably should've prefaced this with the fact that I worked as a CMA at Wellstar ENT for many years and I have never met a doctor who was that incompetent. My son is nine years old. He gets swabbed all the time. Urgent care and his pediatric office do this often. Dr. Harper had two openings to get the swab to the back of the throat and do a figure 8 (just basic swab) and seemed flustered so didn't do it. He just couldn't be bothered. I offered to do it myself and he brushed me off. (I've swabbed him at other offices). He also yelled at my 4 year old child. I thought he SEEMED nice but I've worked with many doctors throughout the years and Dr. Harper seems young and arrogant. I would not let him treat my child or family member. So BEWARE, he's very charming but obviously ill equipped. The director called me after the "incident" to apologize or appoint us with another doctor but didn't seem too sincere. Would NOT recommend this office. I recommend going elsewhere.

It is convenient they have a sound booth and testing technician on staff, next to no waiting. I see Paige L., PhD for my audiology needs. She is an incredible expert in hearing technology. The front staff are not in a hurry to do anything. I am not sure what that is about. They have been extremely kind to me while running my card through 5 times because the reader was wonky. Mail to go out seems to sit on desks for a long time before it actually makes it to the post. This has been an issue for years. I believe I get excellent care from Dr Pitts and stellar care from Paige. Wait time can vary, but I haven't had exceptional wait times. I keep going there, so they must be doing things right. Hold on to your checkbook if you need hearing aids. But that is true wherever you go. The lifetime batteries and in-office service is a big pro.
